I won’t be using lugg again. The first drivers left half our order at the warehouse. It was an uncomfortable exchange - the drivers blamed pottery barn, pottery barn blamed the drivers. After a few phone calls and a day later the second half of our order came. In the end, things worked out. I’m a mother of a two week old pre-term baby, this was not ideal. I had coordinated help moving furniture in the house for the first drop off and needed to coordinate help again for the second delivery because I am not able to lift / move heavy objects at this time. The first time I used lugg you guys were great, the drivers were super friendly and on it. This trip, both times, the guys seemed frustrated. - Sara
