The company was very good at communicating all steps during the pick up. I knew exactly when they would be arriving at pick up and drop off locations. My item was an 8 foot by 8 foot sectional and I selected the XL van and it was not an issue with space. The guys assembled it at my home, unfortunately one of the clips was not connected. They arrived nearly 45 minutes after the end of the promised window and then had to wait approximately an hour and a quarter for the second team to show up because it took four people to move the piano. Furthermore, they were patient about the fact that they would be paid only pick up rate in spite of the fact that they were driving a large expensive van. That the customer should be guaranteed what they asked for is one thing but to then short workers who come to do the job is quite another thing. - Tarney
