Follow-through to go the extra step to obtain the electronic receipt at Goodwill. Also, they kept me informed as to their progress getting to the apt, picking up the item, and following through with the donation drop-off. Thank you!
They were great, super helpful and somewhat concerned that I wasn’t asking them to donate more. This was my time using Lugg a unfortunately the first to luggers were really unhelpful and left without carrying my bed frame to the second floor after delivery. Within a half hour I had the best customer service experience of my life and great part 2 to my Lugg experience. I'll definitely be a returning customer!
Eileen and Nygee were great! Eileen figured out how to get furniture into my basement despite my very small doorways. However, I’m not happy with Lugg’s system of assigning Luggers. If you tell customers that they’re “booking” a one hour delivery period, you should be able to deliver within that window or close to it. I waited in an empty house for four and a half hours without any useful information from Lugg. An hour after the time period that I booked had passed, I contacted Lugg customer service on line, and waited 49 minutes (after being greeted by a bot who said she’d put a representative on the line) before receiving a message that my Luggers were on the way to pick up my delivery. (They were a half hour away from the pickup location.). Despite the pleasant efficiency of Eileen and Nygee, I doubt I’ll use Lugg again.
They showed up on time It was good to be able to track them from pick up to delivery. They were very professional and knew how to maneuver the furniture through the door. They were friendly and very respectful. Great job I highly recommend them.

The guys were great. This is feedback for Lugg: I requested the pickup to be from 12-1pm. The pick up did not happen until after 2pm and so delivery was also delayed. I don't know why you're sending guys from Philly to pick up from a location 2.5 hours away. Seems inefficient for the guys doing the work for the level of effort. If there's no one available who can commit to the timeframe booked, then just let the customer know that.
Richard & Iovanny were great! They updated me all along the way with updates on arrival and pick up. Once they arrived they were super friendly and completed the job quickly. I would 10/10 recommend
Michael & Breion were amazing! They arrived quickly (booked and arrived within an hour!) and they were able to pick up and unload the furniture in my apartment exactly where I hoped. They were also incredibly professional and kept me up to date during the whole process. 10/10
Rocky & Cruz were phenomenal! They arrived on time and kept me posted with the pick up process throughout the entire time. They also unloaded everything into my apartment in the exact spots that I hoped. They were fast and very professional! 10/10

Ryan was great he called me when. It looked like they were suppose to cone to my house to pick something up but they were actually suppose to go to ikea to pick up then drop off to me. I was so glad he called first to make sure of what the paper said.
Ryan & Daquane were great! They met me at Best Buy to pick up my Christmas gift and delivered to my home. They were actually early and waited for the store to open to pick it up. Thanks for your quick pick up and delivery. Happy Holidays!

The guys were great! Very communicative and conscientious, when moving the furniture in place. Would highly recommend. 
Furniture was brought into the house and placed exactly where I requested it. Care was made not to damage Furniture or things in the house.
These guys are fantastic! Ironically, Denis had delivered a piece of furniture to my home a few months earlier, such a nice surprise to see him again! Ralph and Denis arrived on time, were very polite and took away the items I needed Lugged. I was very pleased with the extra care they took while handling a tabletop; Ralph carried his own roll of paper towels and placed several on the ground so that my piece of furniture would not get damaged. Highly recommend using Lugg.
This is the second time we’ve used Lugg to deliver our furniture from the store in Rehoboth to our home in Bethany. They are so nice and professional and also very careful with our new furniture. We will definitely use them again. (We tipped in person).
They were good, and I would use LUGG AND them again. Only suggestion, booties (I covered rugs) and although no rain I would suggest covering furniture on transport. Thank you for the very good team, and LUGG in general. I did give them a cash tip, and also appreciate the same charge for two since I asked for one. Thanks again.
