Ralph and Haile did an incredible job helping me move my things. I had a Queen mattress, wooden trunk, dresser, TV and console, with a large hanging lamp that was moved within an hour to get out and the same moving in. They were respectful and considerate of my things, it was such a last minute move I’d definitely use them again - Rachel
Jesse was so kind and great, Filmon was an asshole. He had a bunch of his own stuff in his truck and didnt want to help jesse load my stuff. Also he cracked my TV base and he had no interest in helping me move. He shouldnt work for the company. Jesse was amazing and I hope my whole tip only goes to him because he deserves it while Filmon deserves no money. - Vinitha
Thank you Peters and Denis for the excellent service, I really appreciate the careful handling and delivery of the fragile aquariums. Everything arrived in perfect condition, Thank you for your kindness !! - Sheereen
They both liked the vanity and treated carefully. Both were cautious moving and lifting it in and out of the truck. They came prepared with a blanket, a dolly, sliders, and plastic wrap. - John
I left them cash tip. Good job. They were very friendly. My only advice is to consider covering furniture with blankets when they move as an extra layer of protection. I have also seen other movers use shoulder straps to help make the move easier. - Michael
Nicholas and Tyrice were fantastic to work with. They were so efficient and even brought plastic wrap to help protect our furniture. - Kayli
My only dislike is in pottery barn and not following through on wrapping my merchandise and honesty about my delivery window - Jacqueline
They were excellent. Very professional, skilled and prepared. We were very impressed with the way they thoroughly wrapped and protected the cabinet, the care the took, and the skillful way they navigated tricky situations with the elevator and hallway angles. Very pleased. - Sara
These guys were amazing. They handled everything with care, wrapped it thoroughly, used pads and were lightning fast and efficient. Best moving experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this duo. - Raj
They were able to get our big items moved efficiently! The only thing I thought was going to be offered were wraps for our furniture, but overall great service - Nathaniel
Leonard and Jeremy were on time, friendly, clean concerning the wrapping, patient as we figured out how to get the things in the front door. Excellent service. I tipped them apart from the app. - kenneth
Great experience! The movers showed up on time and texted me when they were 10 minutes away. They loaded everything quickly and efficiently. My apartment is on the 3rd floor with no service elevator. They did an amazing job getting everything up the stairs. I will definitely use Lugg in the future. - Julia
Michael and Jesse were very accommodating during my move. They waited for a half hour when we arrived at the destination because another move was underway and there was only one freight elevator available for use. Despite the inconvenience, they happily conversed with me while we waited, and handled my items with care. They did an excellent job with the move, and I highly recommend their services. - Joy
They went over and above to get the job done. The building did not have a freight elevator and they had to take a 156 pound sofa down three flights of stairs! They were very fast, kind and professional! Job well done. Thank you! - Mary
Absolutely fantastic work from these guys! the freight elevator was getting stuck and they were able to use the regular elevator to make it work! - Matthew
Dorell and Anwar were an absolute pleasure to work with. They arrived early, moved quickly, and were extremely personable and friendly. We ran into some issues with my building and the freight elevator, but they were able to expertly, patiently, and proactively resolve it. I would highly highly recommend them to anybody!! - Lucy
We were super impressed with the ease, convenience, and affordability of hiring Lugg. We had a large piece of furniture to pickup from a store outside of Philly and transport to our home in Maryland. The luggers (Tiyum and Jahi) communicated well, we loved the reassurance of being able to track their progress, and when they got here in pouring rain, they skillfully brought the furniture upstairs and helped us assemble it. It was like white glove service. Thank you Lugg! - Maureen
Amazing guys! Love their communication and timeliness. Even offered to help bring it upstairs. Will use again and again! - Briana
Super fast, super quick! Ryan even took the liberty to deliver my item upstairs! Simple, yet amazing work! - Tuong
They were excellent! Arrived in a timely manner and were able to get our furniture upstairs despite a tight space. - Jennifer
Excellent service. Very courteous, offered to take off shoes and even brought two heavy boxes upstairs for us. - Nicholas
Brandon and Timothy were both extremely kind, professional, and helpful. Instead of potentially hurting myself, friends, and family, moving it ourselves, they came and got a very heavy ping pong table down stairs and around a corner like the pros they are. Would definitely hire their help again. - Grant
Malik and Dwight were great handling a difficult, four-stop job involving delicate furniture, heavy and odd shaped items, and lots of stairs. They were friendly, timely, and professional, and I highly recommend them! - Erin
they were extremely efficient with moving such a huge wardrobe into my tiny apartment and up a long set of stairs! amazing work - Aliya

Bought a TV that won't fit in your car, or found one on Facebook Marketplace across town? Lugg picks it up and brings it home the same day, with movers on the way within the hour, from a big-box store, a warehouse club or a private seller. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that has carried a TV on more than 10,000 Luggs in the past year, from new sets still in the box to the living room TV headed to a new apartment. You'll see an upfront estimate before you book.
Lugg's TV moving service covers the TV you already have, too. Screens are fragile, so for the best protection Lugg recommends packing yours in a TV box for moving. No box? That's fine. Lugg movers wrap the screen in moving blankets and stretch wrap, carry it out standing on its edge and load it with the rest of your furniture. One Lugg covers everything that fits in the vehicle you book, so the TV stand, media console or entertainment center can come along too. About one in five Luggs with a TV include one.
Can you lay a TV flat? No. Keep a flat-screen TV upright whenever it moves. Lying flat puts the weight of the panel on the glass, and one hard bump can crack it. Lugg movers handle TV transport the same way: standing on its edge, padded and strapped, from the pickup to the room you choose. That matters most on very thin screens, like an LG OLED or a Samsung Frame TV.
Will a 65-inch TV fit in your car? Upright and in its box, it usually won't, and it shouldn't go in lying flat. 65 inches is also the most common size Lugg customers mention, followed by 55, 75 and 85, and Samsung is the brand they name most, then LG and Sony. A Van stands 4.5 feet tall inside and fits most boxed TVs upright, and it keeps them out of the rain. A Pickup works on a dry day, with the TV strapped upright and covered with a tarp. For a 98- or 100-inch screen, book an XL, which is 6.4 feet tall inside. Lugg's weight limit is 125 lbs per Lugger, or 250 lbs per item on any vehicle that comes with two Luggers: Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+.
Lugg movers carry your TV up the stairs or into the elevator and set it in the room you choose, on its stand if it's ready. Lugg movers don't take a TV off the wall or put one up, so if yours is wall-mounted, have it taken down before your Lugg arrives. Wiring and setup stay with an installer too, so book one for the same day and Lugg handles everything up to the wall.
