Angel and Gregory communicated often to keep me updated on their progress with the pick up and drop off. They also went above and beyond by trying to find a replacement for one of the paintings when they noticed that the frame behind the canvas was damaged. They were friendly and professional.
Called me right away when there was an issue with order number in pick up place once here very cordial. Excellent efficient job

mario and greg were both awesome! despite an issue out of their control at the pickup spot, their turnaround time was excellent and they were super friendly & flexible with the staff at my building, my dog and i. would definitely recommend them as a team or individually in the future, and lugg as a whole! thank you :)
Gustavo kept the communication going throughout the day, was responsible in the way he handled the furniture pickup from Ikea and was careful in handling the furniture during delivery. He was courteous and all in all seems nice person and professional as well.
This App and these guys crushed it! Thought I would be spending my whole weekend moving…. Finished two separate pickups / drop offs by 3pm Friday!! Andrew & Maurice were especially AWESOME! Were super careful with everything, had materials to protect additional items, etc. A++ Would recommend them to anyone and would 100% use them again in the future!!

Alex and Alejandro were wonderful! They were patient and understanding when I missed their first call to tell me they were ready for pickup. They were careful and attentive to my item, which was bulky as it was already assembled. And they were friendly to boot! Thanks guys!! Would definitely recommend!!!
Very quick and extremely helpful did the job in one trip and saved me so much time and stress with a service I didn’t even know existed and would have struggled with alone. I had 3 furniture pieces I ordered that were too heavy for me to carry sitting in my building’s package room for weeks. They came prepared with dollies and moving carts and did all the heavy lifting to get them from the my package room to my apartment unit and even ensured that the placement was too my liking and from start to end were very careful with handling of the fragile packages. They were very friendly and extremely helpful. I had zero issues with their services of these Luggers. Very happy to have found Lugg to help with this matter! Highly recommend!

Adriel and Michael were fantastic! They moved my furniture in the rain and even stayed after to help me move my mattress that had just gotten delivered. They were on time, respectful, and professional.
They kept us informed of where they were, time they picked up our furniture piece, took pictures and sent them to me and they were on time. I will definitely use them again. They were both fantastic!!
Duvan was very nice . He made sure the furniture piece was exactly where I wanted it. I will definitely use Lugg again and recommend it.
The movers were fine, but the fact that nothing was wrapped the furniture, especially being white. I would’ve expected it to be wrapped in plastic for the move inside the van. The patio was also white was completely loose inside the van. The parts were separated from each other nothing was wrapped up. It was definitely not the category of move I was expecting suggested by pottery barn.
First time using Lugg was a breeze with Artus and Gregory! They made our furniture shopping so convenient and quick. Will definitely use again.
I discovered the Lugg app from a buyer when I sold my furniture to move from FL from CA, and I’m so glad I did! Without the help of Adriel and Gregory, I would’ve had to spend much more $$ on a new sleeper sofa just so it could be delivered. They were very communicative, handled the fabric with care, and did an expert job getting it to the 6th floor. I’m very grateful to them and Lugg!

They were so sweet and helpful! They went the extra mile in not only assembling the recliner for us, but also by helping to move other furniture out of the way. My expectations were surpassed, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received.
Barry and Radoslav did a really great job. They had excellent communication keeping me updated every step of the way and letting me know their ETA well in advance. They even went above and beyond showing me a picture of the furniture to make sure it still looked okay. In addition they did a great job bringing it up to my apartment. Could have been happier with the delivery and service!!!
They really tried to fit all my stuff and moved stuff around to make it work. They also helped me move some furniture from the garage into the house.
