I would like to say it was a rainy day and made sure the sofa was covered. My house is under construction and the also helped me cover the sofa so it wouldn’t get full of dust. Thanks guys! - Idania

The movers were fine, but the fact that nothing was wrapped the furniture, especially being white. I would’ve expected it to be wrapped in plastic for the move inside the van. The patio was also white was completely loose inside the van. The parts were separated from each other nothing was wrapped up. It was definitely not the category of move I was expecting suggested by pottery barn. - AIDA
