Only comment would be a pickup truck as required and requested would have made our job more effective. But movers Barry and Marquis were great and we make it happen.
The movers were fine, but the fact that nothing was wrapped the furniture, especially being white. I would’ve expected it to be wrapped in plastic for the move inside the van. The patio was also white was completely loose inside the van. The parts were separated from each other nothing was wrapped up. It was definitely not the category of move I was expecting suggested by pottery barn.

The drop off took longer than i anticipated and had a $188 additional charge the app did not make me aware of. The movers were great the app let me down. I would have taken different measures if I’d known about the recycle charge.
They were super nice movers and helped us a ton! They helped us take apart the furniture and move a lot more than we expected to.

Attention to detail. Super communicative and helpful. Made sure to be able to get it in a single trip so I wouldn’t have to order another Lugg. They worked well together, and checked in with me, and even fixed some minor issues with my dining table (due to how previous movers put the item back together).

They made moving - a typically stressful experience - enjoyable and easy. They wrapped all of my important, fragile items and treated them with such care. Anyone would be lucky to get this team as movers!!
Gregory and Ángel were professional and made the effort to complete the delivery, successfully bringing the sofa into the room without issue. In contrast, the initial delivery team (Michael and Adriel) did not attempt to unload the sofa and stated it would not fit, resulting in an unnecessary return. Due to this lack of diligence, we had to pay for a second delivery. As such, we respectfully request a refund for the inadequate service provided during the first attempt. We look forward to your response. Thank you.
