Edward and Lamin were great. We needed a large hutch moved for donation and just couldn't do it ourselves. They were prompt, efficient and personable. We will definitely keep them in mind for any future jobs!

My Luggers were able to work with a tricky street paving situation, nimbly communicating with me and each other to get to the pick up spot they handled the item to be moved with care and got it into the house with no problem at all. I will continue to use Lugg— it is the only way to get your Facebook marketplace furniture purchases into your house, unless you’ve got two strong guys in your household!

Johnnie and Harvey were on time to pick up and drop off. They delivered my couch carefully and placed it where I asked them. I will definitely use Lugg again!
Clifton and Julian quickly and efficiently moved my mattress from a second floor bedroom. When they arrived at the drop off destination and were told that mattresses were accepted (it was my fault for knowing to check beforehand), they tried to find an alternate solution and they even provided other locations in the area. It wasn’t really an easy day and they ended up having to come all the way back to the original pick up location to unload the mattress again. I appreciated all their hard work!
Very friendly and helpful. When they were at the store to pick up the items, they noticed a defect on it and called me to report it before picking it up. I am so appreciative of the card and concern they showed. Wonderful guys!!
They were polite and very respectful. Excellent job. I already tipped them. My issue though is with your logistics. I kept getting updated text which I appreciate. That’s a good thing to do. What’s not a good thing to do is to tell the client to expect them in 15 minutes and then tell them in the next text that there was a glitch and it would be an hour and a half later before the delivery would show up. There’s no way you can tell me that 15 minutes before, the initial pick up you didn’t have an idea that something was going wrong . I could’ve been doing a lot of other things during that time instead, I was Waiting in my new home where I could not be productive for a delivery that was coming in hour and a half later. Your logistics team needs to do a better job
Edmund and Anthony were very prompt leaving to pick up the item before I had even left the store. Helpful in switching the chaisse end on the sectional and assembling the item. I would highly recommend this professional friendly duo. Great service today!!!

They realized at store pick up that a leg was missing from our sofa and made sure they get the missing leg from the store before delivering.
Such wonderful service! Timely and was able to track the entire pick up and delivery. Both Tiago an Hamza provided exceptional service and were very kind as well. Will definitely be using Lugg again in the future!

Both men were friendly and did their best to place the furniture exactly without damage to the furniture, the floors or surroundings. Would highly recommend this team from Lugg!
Many thanks to Roberto and Ricardo. They are skillful movers and cheerful, too. Pickup went smoothly. Dropoff at Goodwill hit a snag, but was resolved with help from Roberto and Ricardo. (At first, Goodwill wanted to decline my furniture items, after they had just told me on the phone that they would accept them. After some discussion, they finally accepted the items.) I appreciate all Roberto and Ricardo did very much. It is one thing to do a job competently, but they were also friendly and cheerful. I would highly recommend Lugg based on my experience with Roberto and Ricardo.
Clifton and Steven were absolutely fantastic. They let us know when they were on the way to us from our pickup place, and were right on time. They were friendly and very nice, got our furniture through the garage and up the stairs and placed exactly where we wanted it. Thank you so much! We were very pleased with our delivery.
This is my 2nd time having Calvin and Muhammad. They're absolutely wonderful. I bought a dresser off FB marketplace, and I met them at the pickup since I had to pay the seller. They were all packed up and leaving before the Uber I booked was even finished assigning a driver. I arrived home about 4-5 minutes after they arrived, and they were already finished! If you're worried about the additional per minute cost, with Calvin and Muhammad, you don't have to. I don't know if their alter egos are something similar to The Flash, but I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case. One minute, everything is normal, next minute, there's a dresser in the living room. THANKS GUYS!
