Sultan was terrific, the problem was ikea. They should have told us that the couch bought as -is and pre-assembled needed to be wrapped or secured or protected. We didn’t know that ikea would not help secure the furniture and protect/cover the furniture. They also said it’s a one Lugg load if I help them when receiving the delivery. Overall had a great experience end to end. I booked Sebastian to *Lugg* 4 pieces of furniture from IKEA to our apartment 45 minutes away. Once he had arrived (on time), it took about 10 minutes / two trips up and down to get all 4 pieces to our room via luggage carts that were provided by our apartment.
