1) First of all, NEED to fix this feedback section.. It keeps closing making me have to start the whole close out process overwith AND YOU NEED TO ALLOW USER TO GO BACK AND FORTH EASILY BETWEEN THIS FEEDBACK POP UP AND THE BILL, so that the feedback page will not keep closing while user is trying to give feedback...( Ok, feedback page working better now) 2) Would like specific "live person", not AI, response to my feedback points. 3) I think my overall bill is slightly inflated above what it should be as total labor time was actually 31 minutes not 42 (11 minute driving time form pickup to drop off). AND mileage from pick up to drop off was 4.4 miles not 5. (Total bill needs to be adjusted for that) 4) BOOKING FEE IS EXTRAVAGANT AND WAS NOT INCLUDED IN MY ESTIMATE. MY ESTIMATE WAS $56 +. $1.62 x labor minutes 5) My booking fee stated bill would be $56 + labor minutes X $1.62 per minute ( DID NOT INCLUDE DRIVE TIME COSTS NOT BOOKING FEE 6) MY ACTUAL BILL SHOULD BE $ 118 ( to delete booking fee which was not mentioned as part of my total bill and is EXTRAVAGANT ) minus ( 11 X $1.62 per minute, to correct the real labor time costs ). = approx 118 - $17.82 = $100.08 AND that is what I should be charged. 2) I need to get specific respnse
They were able to work with the store to be able to pick up my order. They were very quick, friendly, and helpful.
They were on time to pick up the staff and they were very efficient. They did a great job. I strongly recommend them to a friend of family.
I had an excellent experience with LP and JK. Communication waa timely, clear and efficient They confirmed the pickup ahead of time and they arrived on time at the pick-up location. They followed the instructions from the store to pick up around the back at the dock. I happened to be at the store purchasing additional items which I was able to add to the pick-up. They confirmed all items and let me know they were loaded for delivery. They met me at my home and confirm the locations where the items would be set up . They didn't carefully unloaded each item, a chest of drawers and a glass bookcase, and ensured they were setup to expectation. I will definitely use the service again.
They worked very efficiently. Moved all the big items including bedframes and mattresses from right from the apartment at pick up location and brought up everything in new apartment as well. Thank you so much Lugg for making the move-in procedure so easy and stress free. :)

Thanks to the gentleman for their efficiency and professionalism. The app took them to the wrong pickup location but they quickly called me to clarify, turned right around and delivered my entertainment center without incident.
Adrian an Ancil were awesome! I received a text that allowed me to track their progress on my delivery. I also received a text communication from them that allowed me to send them a picture of the receipt that was needed for the pickup. The console I ordered was carefully wrapped and protected for the trip from the store to my house and it was received undamaged. They quickly got my furniture piece, unloaded, unwrapped and placed in the right spot. This was my first time using Lugg and I would definitely use them again! Thank you Adrian and Ancil for a job well-done!

Great first time experience with Lugg. The movers did a great job with updating me on pickup and arrival times. They handled my item carefully. Will definitely use again.
They worked good. They didn’t put anything between the dolly and my furniture which caused some scars. Nothing I can’t fix, but with minimal effort they could have prevented it. Other than that they were fine.
The only thing that would be better is if you all would wrap the furniture to keep it from getting nicked or stained en route

Demetrus and Jenny were initially told they could not deliver our heavy piece of furniture to the top floor in the media room. After some back and forth with customer support, we decided to have the furniture sit in the foyer for us to figure out how to get it up on our own time. Customer support did not help in finding a solution. Demetrus and Jenny brought the furniture in and asked if we wanted to try to get it up if we worked as a team. He was genuinely concerned about damaging the furniture or other areas of the home in the process since the furniture was so heavy and long. But he and Jenny were determined as long as my wife and I were willing to help. Sure enough, with his lead and expertise, we got the furniture to where it belonged in 1 piece without any damage. It was a 200+ lb, long media console that needed to get up a long flight of stairs and make a tight corner at the top. We are very appreciative to Demetrus and Jenny for having the determination to get the job done, to help us out even when their own customer support was not willing to help. They were terrific!

Jason and Chukwudalu were awesome. They got caught in the pouring rain. Furniture was wrapped and protected so well they took extreme care with the furniture and went above and beyond to measure and make sure it was centered and plugged in the charging center. I’m so pleased. I will definitely use Lugg and these guys again soon. Cmoore
Sean and Calvin were both very professional, happy to help, and came prepared. I had 3 large WHITE pieces of furniture and they wrapped everything in blankets and made sure it was all tied down. Very pleased with this new company. Will be using again no doubt. Thanks guys!
