Mirror delivery in Fort Worth, TX

Extremely fast and friendly on time and careful with my mirror! Best service! I booked the day of and had no issues! Most efficient booking platform I’ve ever seen

The guys were great with what they had to deal with. The truck was supposed to fit in the parking garage that was height max of 8’ 2” . The truck that was used (and was picked by the Lugg app ) was 6’5”. It did not fit into the parking garage so the 2 movers had to go up the parking garage carrying the sofa. More time on the clock, more manpower was needed. The other 3 items : Peloton bike, 8x10 wool rug and 76 x 32” mirror was loaded by the 2 movers into the truck and delivered to the destination but my son had to put them in the elevator and carry them to the apartment because the movers weren’t able to because of the couch that they had to deal with since the truck that was supposed to be able to drive up to my floor couldn’t fit. Had we all known the truck wouldn’t fit in the parking garage we would have planned accordingly but the truck size was misleading. Hence we were charged more and had to move 3 of the 4 items without assistance at destination. Not the drivers fault at all. They definitely went above and beyond.

They were pleasant, respectful and efficient. We had glass cabinets which were very fragile and they moved them with no problem. They went above and beyond what was required.

Very careful and deliberate in moving furniture that was both heavy and fragile, including up a narrow stairway.

I had an excellent experience with LP and JK. Communication waa timely, clear and efficient They confirmed the pickup ahead of time and they arrived on time at the pick-up location. They followed the instructions from the store to pick up around the back at the dock. I happened to be at the store purchasing additional items which I was able to add to the pick-up. They confirmed all items and let me know they were loaded for delivery. They met me at my home and confirm the locations where the items would be set up . They didn't carefully unloaded each item, a chest of drawers and a glass bookcase, and ensured they were setup to expectation. I will definitely use the service again.

Rami and Lawrence were great! I appreciated their prompt communication, how friendly they were and how quickly they delivered my chairs. They also handled my items with extra care. I would love to have them deliver for me again.

Huge shout-out to Lawrence and Rami they were absolutely solid. They helped me swap two stacked washer/dryer units, one upstairs and one downstairs, which is not an easy job. They were careful, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. No rushing, no damage, no complaining just straight-up professional work. They communicated well, protected the units and walls, and made what could’ve been a stressful move feel straightforward. If you’re booking through Lugg, ask for Lawrence and Rami by name. They earned it.
