These two gentlemen were quick, efficient and polite. I suggested they come through the side of the house so they would not have to carry the piece as far but they informed me that it wasn't very heavy and they would be happy to come through the front or the side. After placing the dining table where I wanted it, they very quickly removed the blankets and wrapping and were on their way. This is my second Lugg experience and I will definitely use you again!
They worked really hard to get everything into the van, always courteous, polite and cheerful. They were to make sure the right thinga were removed as these were scattered throughout the house. Would use them again for sure!
My heart sank when they mentioned about my dresser being too heavy to carry due to the maximum being 200 lbs. However, they were determined to find a way to get the dresser moved: I was so surprised that my dresser could have it shelves removed. They also set the items in storage very convenient.
Megan and Josias went above and beyond with their delivery today! They delivered the item, made sure to point out an issue with a tear in the box, helped us remove the box to check the product, and hauled the packaging away. They were friendly, helpful, and responsible. Thank you to these awesome workers!

These two fine gentlemen went above and beyond, even going so far as to return for a second trip to haul in the rest of the stuff that I forgot to bring along.

These guys are amazing, kind and patient. I arrived late and they were kind. They hauled two Harvey pieces up three flights of stairs with a smile. Who does that? All while being professional. I hope I get them every time. They are the reason I will use this app again.

The couch we got was a little large to fit in the stairwell for our apartment, but they took the time to try multiple ways to make it work. We really appreciated their help!!!
The guys were great with what they had to deal with. The truck was supposed to fit in the parking garage that was height max of 8’ 2” . The truck that was used (and was picked by the Lugg app ) was 6’5”. It did not fit into the parking garage so the 2 movers had to go up the parking garage carrying the sofa. More time on the clock, more manpower was needed. The other 3 items : Peloton bike, 8x10 wool rug and 76 x 32” mirror was loaded by the 2 movers into the truck and delivered to the destination but my son had to put them in the elevator and carry them to the apartment because the movers weren’t able to because of the couch that they had to deal with since the truck that was supposed to be able to drive up to my floor couldn’t fit. Had we all known the truck wouldn’t fit in the parking garage we would have planned accordingly but the truck size was misleading. Hence we were charged more and had to move 3 of the 4 items without assistance at destination. Not the drivers fault at all. They definitely went above and beyond.
Appreciate the delivery. The delivery was late by a few hours, NOT his fault at all. The only recommendation I would give, in addition, is to ensure there is some type of protection under the fabric of the couch when it’s laid down in the bed of the truck. He was very kind and professional
