Lester was early, prepared, industrious, very polite, and personable. He moved a small cabinet out of my place for donation to Goodwill. He was careful not to damage my walls or the cabinet, and he completed the whole task a flash. Another great experience with Lugg!

They were so quick to pick up my piece of artwork from HomeGoods! It was raining outside and they wrapped it in plastic wrap and had a blanket to protect it. Great experience!

In every way! He was quick to pick up the items. Communication was top notch. He let me know the order status pick up and when he was on the way. He was quick to load and unload and didn’t hesitate with the distance. He is very friendly and helped me feel calm during a stressful moment.
The picked up my order at the beginning of my pick up time window, arrived quickly, and were very nice.
Handled pick up and delivery with ease. Did not have masks so I had to provide but they were friendly and efficient and were careful as well

I am amazed at the level of ease to which I was able to schedule a pickup and delivery with a less than 7 hour turnaround. The process was seamless and the updates were awesome. The gentleman who delivered my item were top tier professionals. Lugg will be my new go-to company for deliveries. I tried to rate the service 5 star but there seems to be a glitch in the system with the star ratings. They definitely were 5 star.

Very patient crew. Somehow the app had the wrong pickup address and then the second attempt was wrong as well. But they were still patient with me. They did a great job making sure everything was secure as well.

Paki and Brian were the best movers I've had. They kept me up to date of when they picked up the sofa and when they were on the way. They expertly moved in the sofa which is heavy and adjusted it as needed. They also helped to move/adjust a few other pieces of furniture for me. They were kind and funny and it was genuinely nice to meet them. Great experience!
