Kevin and Dwayne were fantastic! They picked up a side buffet from a Facebook Marketplace seller, delivered it to my place, and hauled my old piece away — all in one trip. Efficient, communicative, and genuinely easy to work with. Highly recommend!!! - Presley
Thomas and Charles were super efficient and took very good care of all of my stuff. I had several big mirrors that they took the time to wrap carefully and strap into the uHaul. They were very nice and helpful. - Isabel
Costed a lot more than anticipated but good work. Paki and Saheeb came and got straight to work moving y clothes and furniture! They even removed the legs to make sure the couch would fit in the new location. Top tier! - Kenneth

Lugg w/ Paki & Sadiki : This is my second time using Lugg, and my movers went above and beyond with assisting me! They not only expertly moved my antique furniture out of a home with multiple flights of stairs, but they also assembled my bed upon delivery to my home! I will continue to use the service. If you too would like to use the service, I would recommend these two movers for all of your needs. Seriously! Despite being stung by a wasp at my home, they still were so quick and helpful. 100/10 movers. - Malia
Dwayne and Kevin were awesome- pickup was smooth and so was delivery despite the truck not making it up the driveway. Thanks! - Hanna
Kevin and Dwayne were outstanding! They truly went above and beyond to help me after I ran into some problems with the big box store. Professional, extremely patient, with excellent customer service skills. They saved the day and got my range delivered just when installer was arriving at my house. First time using Lugg, and I will definitely use you again. Thank you so much! - Nancy
These guys were professional and followed directions well. My items were delivered with care and professionalism. They were also on time for pick up and delivery. I really appreciate you guys. Thank you! - Shimoda
these guys help turn a negative situation into a positive situation. They got the mattress from the warehouse despite the delays they gave me constant updates. They arrived not only timely but quickly and then when they got here, I advised we had to go out five flights and they said no problem and then even took down the recycling five flights back down I can't explain how well these guys performed. Give them the credit that they deserve. I really appreciate this again. this is the number one highlight of my day to get this delivered so effectively. - Fritzgerald
The lugger, Brian, was extremely kind, patient, and easy to work with. The only thing would have made this delivery easier would have been having a phone number to communicate with the driver. - Natasha

Delivered our mattress when Mattress Firm was unable to deliver it. In a thunderstorm too! Great job! - Davida
I am amazed at the level of ease to which I was able to schedule a pickup and delivery with a less than 7 hour turnaround. The process was seamless and the updates were awesome. The gentleman who delivered my item were top tier professionals. Lugg will be my new go-to company for deliveries. I tried to rate the service 5 star but there seems to be a glitch in the system with the star ratings. They definitely were 5 star. - Cheryl

A real Christmas tree is a bad fit for a car in every way at once: it's long, it's heavier than it looks, the branches spring back out the moment the netting comes off, and it leaves sap and needles on whatever it rides on. So in practice the tree decides the vehicle. You pick the tree at the lot, the farm, the nursery or the hardware store, pick the truck it lies flat in, and a crew meets you there to load it and carry it inside. A Christmas tree delivery service is really just that: a truck, a crew, and the hour you'd otherwise spend tying a fir to a roof rack. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that carries Christmas trees in Atlanta, real or artificial, for people who have found the tree they want and no way to get it home.
A fresh-cut tree travels lying down, so measure the load space, not the tree. A Lugg pickup bed is at least 6 feet inside wall to wall, a van is at least 8 feet long, an XL van at least 10, and a box truck 12 to 16. A boxed artificial tree is easier to handle, though a pre-lit nine-footer in its carton is bulkier and heavier than most people expect. The crew brings furniture blankets, stretch wrap and tie-down straps, and a pickup also carries a tarp, which is what keeps sap and needles out of a car you'd otherwise be vacuuming until spring. Have the stand out and ready before the crew arrives, and they can carry the tree to the room you name and set it into the stand once it's there. One Lugg can make up to five stops, so the tree, the stand and a detour to the storage unit for the ornaments are one trip rather than three.
Christmas tree disposal is the harder trip: the tree is dry by then, the netting is long gone, and it drops needles on every surface between the living room and the door. Lugg moves it out the same way it came in, with one difference that matters: you choose and provide the destination, whether that's a recycling drop-off, a mulching site or a disposal site. Lugg carries the tree there and nothing more, so finding the site and checking its hours are on you. Many towns also run a free Christmas tree pickup at the curb for a week or two in January, which is worth checking first. Where that falls down is an apartment, because a dry tree coming down four flights and across town isn't the trip a curbside program covers.
