Alan & Erik were so swift and helpful! I looked for weeks to hire someone to help us. You got it done! Great appreciation!

The two gentlemen were a pleasure to have help move our furniture. They took time to plan out the move and then skillfully moved each piece carefully. Antiques, a large mirror, and other furniture were all moved safely and placed gently. We would be quite pleased to have Brian & Jonathan back for future furniture moves.

Kevin and Lindon did an EXCEPTIONAL job. The items they moved were 6 valuable antique chairs that had recently been refinished and reupholstered. They were especially careful in handling the chairs. They were professional and personable. I appreciate the care they used in this move. I have used Lugg several times before and would highly recommend them! I tipped them in cash so will not be adding a tip here.

The Dwayne and Kevin duo was great. I was holding my breath worried about the move (large and heavy dining table plus steep stairs to my office suite, which is in a really old building and is probably “grandfathered in” instead of meeting current building code requirements- know what I’m sayin’?), but Dwayne and Kevin are pros, and the Facebook marketplace said that they were really careful with loading the dining table and chairs. I now have a nice extendable glass top dining table in my conference room, and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Put in this last-minute Lugg for a quick turnaround on a purchase we made on Facebook Marketplace! William and Kevin were flexible, communicative, and super efficient!

Awesome work from Rory and Nigel. The dresser I bought from FB marketplace was way heavier than I thought. I live in a town home with a lot of stairs. I was ready to give up and figure out how to disassemble the dresser into parts, but they insisted on giving it a shot. Unbelievably, bit by bit they got it up the stairs. I don't think the people building Stonehenge worked harder than they did. 6/5 stars

They took great care with my very heavy furniture and made sure it was put exactly where I wanted it. I would recommend these guys especially.

Paki and Brian were the best movers I've had. They kept me up to date of when they picked up the sofa and when they were on the way. They expertly moved in the sofa which is heavy and adjusted it as needed. They also helped to move/adjust a few other pieces of furniture for me. They were kind and funny and it was genuinely nice to meet them. Great experience!

They arrived on time, moved things quickly &’helped me squeeze some furniture into a tight storage space. I’ll recommend to others!

I just want to know why I was charged an extra $19.77 over the $126.77 . The guys arrived at the house at 3:06 after going to the wrong house. It took them 35 minutes to load the heavy piece of furniture of which 10 minutes was deciding how to position the truck in the driveway. The drive to the other house was 15 to 20 minutes and it took 10 to 15 minutes to unload the piece into the garage. Everything took right under an hour and I commended the guys. But I was told travel time was not going to be included in the price. However? Pablo Daniel and Irvin were Great and I will use them again and refer them to friends.
