I’m very pleased with my Lugg experience Paki and Sadiki were quick, efficient professional, and they took great care to not knock the walls or the door frames which stood out to me. Did a great job. When they arrived at the donation location, there was some confusion about unloading, but they called me, they stayed until everything was finished, and their professionalism was outstanding. I will definitely be using Lugg again, overall, I’m very pleased. - Meg
Paki and Sadiki took the time to make sure my desk was taken apart and packed away safely, and when the location of my donation center was closed, they were happy to take it to another nearby location! Very helpful and kind! - MICHELLE
I could not have asked for a better team luggers then Paki and Sadiki. They were quick, professional, carrying and friendly . Paki even went above and beyond helping me find a different place to donate as the Good Will where I was scheduled to donate didn't exempt sofas that day . I would definitely use them again as the app is easy to use and you can get things lugged the same day very reasonably priced. - Krasi

Lugg w/ Paki & Sadiki : This is my second time using Lugg, and my movers went above and beyond with assisting me! They not only expertly moved my antique furniture out of a home with multiple flights of stairs, but they also assembled my bed upon delivery to my home! I will continue to use the service. If you too would like to use the service, I would recommend these two movers for all of your needs. Seriously! Despite being stung by a wasp at my home, they still were so quick and helpful. 100/10 movers. - Malia

Excellent professionals, solid and respectful, very kind to work in the extreme heat when I was in a time crunch. - Cate
Pablo and Isaac were awesome! Showed up on time, communicative, kind, and were very careful bringing my (very heavy) dressers up the stairs and into the bedroom. Efficient and total pros. Highly recommend - Hannah
Paki and Sadiki went above and beyond to help me with my move. They were prompt, friendly, efficient, and caring, and even helped me when my car wouldn't start to follow them to the drop off location. I can't thank them enough for making this process so much easier and less stressful than it would've been otherwise! - Kelsey
Rontrell and Marcus were awesome! They arrived on time and quickly loaded the washer and dryer we needed to pick up. Then they moved our older set and replaced with new the one in less than 30 minutes. I appreciate the care they took with our appliances and the friendly service. I would highly recommend them. - Jaclyn
They did a great job! We’re in and out very quickly. Sorry that they had to come such a long way - the driver told my husband that it would take him an hour and twenty minutes to get home. *tipped in cash - not through app. - Robin
