They brought my heavy mirror up to my apartment and helped me remove the bottom cardboard due to the weight! So helpful and kind.
They hadn't planned to bring my stuff up to my apartment because of an error on my end (kind of Ikea's end really), but they were still prepared to do that anyway!
Very friendly and professional. Things got messed up when the apartment building not being ready, but these guys worked with me on the phone and made it happen. Can't thank them enough!!!

Outstanding service! Very understanding to my needs. I was unable to be home on time, he made sure my delivery was safely secured by my apartment doorstep. I’m a tiny girl, I wouldn’t have been able to do this without his help.
They showed up early. The move out was much harder than I anticipated (getting the couch out of the basement). They were persistent and cheerful throughout. Really nice guys and very competent. On the delivery end, the guy who was supposed to come remove my apartment door for me was 15 minutes late, and the Lugg guys were patient and didn't get grumpy. I tipped them cash, BTW, in case you think I'm cheap. :)
So our apartments can’t fit a tic tack in it and Sam helped us take off a railing that ended up allowing a couch he was delivering to fit. Super friendly and awesome guy! Thanks for the help Sam!!
