They brought my heavy mirror up to my apartment and helped me remove the bottom cardboard due to the weight! So helpful and kind.
They were very patient and helpful when adjusting the heavy mirror, putting it in its place, and making sure it was just right. I was very impressed with them. I need to leave a tip for them, but noticed that my account had already been charged. How do I leave them an additional tip?
Fabian and Katarus were able to take the buffet apart to make sure to protect the mirror and got it all to my house in perfect condition. They were communicative and fast and I would highly recommend Lugg and their services in the future.
Very friendly and helpful... Great can-do attitude and spirit! Completed the tasks quickly and navigated carefully to protect fragile artwork and clock! Suggest lugg provide mattress straps in trucks to make their job easier...

They did a great job moving an extremely heavy piece of glass! Also helped me figure out what to do with the other item (for trash).
Not only were they observant and ensured my pieces ended up as they started, but they offered to take on more and help us from carrying more on our own. I had an 8x4ft tempered glass that arrived undamaged. My large teak sideboard, the large glass table and all my chairs with delicate detailing were white glove wrapped, packed and put back together. Very grateful for the care Jeff and Matt took with my furniture. Thank you!
Guys were great! No improvements needed on their service. Pick up location did not have all pieces together so glass shelves were not delivered but this was NOT their fault! Would use again in a heartbeat
