Timothy and Reginald were great. Early to arrive, worked together to get my large couch out the door and were able to take my coffee table as well. Efficient in and out at storage unit. All in all a great quick move.
James and Onon made it look easy moving our expensive, one of a kind, and very heavy petrified wood table. They didn't seem to struggle with the weight and repositioned it several times for us until it was perfectly located. I would recommend this two person crew to others and be happy to use them again.
Jamel and Angelo were fast, polite, and went out of their way to carry our ping pong table to the second story of our home.
They were very efficient and helpful during my move! They protected the furniture well, helped me move a table out of the way, and did a great job putting everything in place. They were also very polite and friendly!

Delivery drivers aren’t always known for being on time and Jermaine and Jason delivered exactly as expected! They were great problem solvers, getting a huge table through our front door.
These guys were great & very careful with my sofa delivery. They had a lot of trouble getting the sofa through a very tight doorway and very extremely cautious and concerned about not damaging the sofa or the walls, which I appreciated. I am super appreciative of their willingness to continue trying after I urged them to give it another shot. The minor complaint I have is Samuel seemed quite annoyed by this delivery from the moment they were loading the sofa into the elevator which made this a bit uncomfortable for me. All in all I would definitely use them again.

They moved a very heavy, bulky cocktail table out of the house for me. Anyone else would have said it was too heavy and left it, but they figured out a way and got it done. When the donation center wouldn’t take my couches, they had no problem going to another center. Thanks so much for your hard work.

Walker picked up a table top for us from a friend who said he was very friendly and when he arrived my boyfriend said the same. Fast, friendly we are so happy we got him!! Mind you it was raining out too. Grateful for his efficiency.
He showed up right on time, was happy, polite and cheerful. He brought everything in and placed where I needed it. He also double checked my order with me. At the store, the tag said 6 boxes when I had, in fact, 7 boxes. Roderick took the initiative to check what I ordered (table and 4 chairs) and took all 7 boxes instead of leaving 1. He then double confirmed with me when dropping them off that we had it all correct. I live a good distance from the store, would have been a huge bummer to be missing 1 box. I purchased a mattress and adjustable base set, knowing just how damn heavy it was I choose to contract Lugg to deliver my set. Jeff and Stephen did a flawless and speedy job.
Not only were they observant and ensured my pieces ended up as they started, but they offered to take on more and help us from carrying more on our own. I had an 8x4ft tempered glass that arrived undamaged. My large teak sideboard, the large glass table and all my chairs with delicate detailing were white glove wrapped, packed and put back together. Very grateful for the care Jeff and Matt took with my furniture. Thank you!

So crazy Quick. I made the table purchase in Castle Rock at 1:30. My new table was delivered in my kitchen in Denver (30 minutes away) at 2:30. Unbelievable!!!!!! Plus they Took covid precautions very seriously.
My new entrance table was picked up exactly when scheduled and when it arrived the piece was wrapped properly in blankets and the guys brought it to the spot I requested. Easy! So great! The guys were super friendly and my new table looks amazing.

They took the mattress and adjustable up a circle stairs and set it up perfect in the room. They work together like a team. They had a great attitud, were on time, clean service. I recomend them 100% satisfaction.
