Hector did a great job. He also let me know ASAP last night when there was a mistake on the part of Mattress Firm. He was very clear about the mistake and made it possible for me to make arrangements to correct it quickly.

Mattress Firm screwed up our order and you guys came through picked up the ball and ran with it and we got a touchdown thank you guys so much great guys you got to five star, Thank you
Great guys who went above and beyond, the sales person at Mattress Firm said setting up the adjustable mattress base is easy, just put on the legs, and plug in, it is not that easy to assemble, Ken and Anarad assembled if for us which was a huge time saver. They were very courteous and proactive in helping and making sure we were happy.
Amazing experience but mattress firm left the frame off the order! So we will be calling again!:) Also we need to pick up some items from ikea in Denver today. We will be arranging soon! Thank you!

Carlos and Gerard were AMAZING! I had a strange delivery, dragging a king size mattress up a ramp made of ladders and thru a second story window. They laughed and said “this is new” but had positive can-do attitudes. Two thumbs way up!
Onon and Ben were prompt, friendly, and professional. They appropriately diposed of the plastic wrapping from the mattresses they delivered.

Super nice, polite, hard working. They moved a mattress upstairs for us when the mattress company claimed it couldn't be done. They also put the bed together for us and hauled the old mattress and box springs outside. Love them!
I appreciate that they were considerate to use a blanket to set my mattress on so that it wouldn’t get dirty.

They were excellent. I tipped them $50 cash which is why I am not including a tip on the credit card. They were friendly, efficient, right on time. Only problem I had that I did not figure out until later was that there were also supposed to be two mattress protectors delivered

It was a dificult service of a Mattress King with adjustable base and they were very confident that it was going to be done perfectly. They did the job perfect. They took the mattress and adjustable up a circle stairs and set it up perfect in the room. They work together like a team. They had a great attitud, were on time, clean service. I recomend them 100% satisfaction.
They didn't need to (nor was it agreed on prior to delivery), but I asked for Cole's help taking the mattress upstairs and he gladly accepted :)
