These guys were great! They showed up with a HUGE van with straps, padding and plenty of room to move our chest if drawers and nightstands. Everything was handled delicately and with extreme care. Extremely professional. Would definitely hire again! Thanks LUGG!!! - John
Way better than I could have expected. They got a bookcase up the stairs carefully in minutes. The thing weighs a million pounds. Thanks guys!!!! - Ross
Jason and Nicholas figured out a way to get the bookcase in when it almost looked like we couldn't do it. - James
They took the merchandise out of the boxes, placed them where I wanted then without my asking assembled a large bookcase and motorized loveseat. Then disposed of all the packing materials. Unreal in all respects. - Robert
I needed a heavy dresser moved down a floor and I have (what I think is) a pretty tricky staircase to the basement, with a 90 degree turn and a very cramped landing at the bottom, but Lencol and Robert made it look easy. I also needed an antique cabinet and hutch brought in from my car and set up, which they did within minutes. Definitely an effortlessly smooth experience. - Elizabeth
Very friendly and helpful team, thank you! They moved all items to their places but unfortunately, they were unable to move the dresser up the stairs. - Prashant
Claudio and Brandon took our very heavy dresser up our stairs which was very impressive and were very professional. Would use them again! - Hayley
Brandon and Claudio were very timely and professional. They used so much care to bring an incredibly large and heavy 1930s antique dresser up the outdoor stairs to the house. They protected the dresser and the walls within the house. Highly recommend! - Cynde
Did all the lifting, were very careful with my items and offered to assemble my heavy dresser. I would hire them again for any of my moving/heavy lifting needs! - Amanda
Davari and Christian were very friendly and helpful. They were very kind to my elderly aunt during pickup and had to remove and reattach a closet door to get the piece out and were thoughtful about reattaching the mirror to the dresser they moved. - Leslie
Life savers! They helped me move my new pieces upstairs and moved my old dresser downstairs. They went above and beyond with the entire experience. Very helpful and I’m so happy they helped me out today. Amazing process and experience overall. Great team and hope to get there help again soon! I’m very thankful. - Erika
Josh and Jose were awesome!! They carefully planned what they were going to do and moved the large dresser up the stairs perfectly! Thanks guys! - David
They were quick, polite, and efficient. Despite the dresser having a large crack on the bottom and the side, which was likely there before they handled it, it was a good experience. - David
They were very friendly, super fast and even took my dresser to the bedroom. I would definitely book them again! Thank You! - Shannon
Best experience possible. He got to the store 5 minutes after me even though he came from another town over which is really impressive. Everything was really efficient and friendly. Thank you very much for delivering my dresser. - Cody
They were able to negotiate a large dresser up some very tricky stairs without banging anything along the way. They were very quick also. - Kate
First time using Lugg was a huge success! They were communicative, friendly, and went above and beyond by using gloves and leaving my dresser in a safe place. Highly recommended! - Noel
They delivered packed furniture piece (dresser) and lugged to basement temp storage. They unpacked shipping box, removed packing material for fee, and installed drawer pull hardware. They were polite, friendly, and professional throughout. We were happy to tip them. - Richard
Lencol & Devin were AMAZING movers!! Went above and beyond and treated my pickup with such incredible care!! They came prepared and got things done efficiently and quickly, and were unbelievably kind and helpful! Got everything wrapped up super safely, and even took the time to readjust this heavy cabinet when I realized it would fit better in another spot 🖤 can’t recommend these guys enough! THANK YOU!!! - Ella
Claudio and Anthony were very helpful and careful with the furniture. They put the cabinet table in the space I wanted. Thank you Claudio and Anthony - "Tez"
Worked hard and the Goodwill did not take the cabinet so they contacted me and spoke with the manager and tried to get the manager to take the cabinet but Goodwill didn’t have space for it so they phoned me and had to return the items to my house which was a lot of moving heavy items for them. I appreciated their help and professional attitude throughout the process. - susan
Sewing cabinet was on casters but they carried it instead of rolling it - good care and good call since casters were white and would have been scuffed badly by rolling - Rob
They're were both great and got my cabinet delivered quickly. I am incredibly happy this service was recommended and won't hesitate to use the company again in the future. - Ayn
Very polite and careful movers. They helped us move a bulky coffee table and display cabinet down a flight of stairs to the garage. We will definitely use again in the future. - Heather

Crate & Barrel may deliver orders on its own schedule, but when you buy in the store or at an outlet and want it home today, that's the gap Lugg fills. Book a Lugg once you've paid, and Lugg movers pick up your purchase and carry it inside to the room you choose, often within the hour. You pay Crate & Barrel for what you buy, and Lugg's upfront estimate covers the delivery. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that has completed more than 2,000 Crate & Barrel pickups in the past year, from stores and outlets across the country.
Most Crate & Barrel Luggs start at an outlet, where floor models and last-of-a-kind pieces sell fast and usually have to leave with you. Pay at the register, then book a Lugg with the outlet as your pickup and your home as the drop-off. Sofas and sectionals are the most common Crate & Barrel Lugg, followed by tables, chairs, dressers and consoles.
Choose a vehicle at least as long as your longest piece. A pickup truck, booked as a Lite or a Pickup, has a bed at least 6 feet long and carries a tarp. A Van (at least 8 feet) is enclosed, which keeps a sofa or a boxed bed frame dry on a rainy day, and the Pickup and the Van are the two most common choices for a Crate & Barrel run. An XL (at least 10 feet) or a Box truck, 12 to 16 feet, takes a sectional and a dining set in one trip.
Lugg movers wrap and strap each piece before it goes on the truck, which matters most on marble tops, glass shelves and solid wood cabinets. Check the weight of anything with stone in it before you book. Lugg's weight limit is 125 lbs per Lugger, or 250 lbs per item on any vehicle that comes with two Luggers: Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+. Anything heavier needs more Luggers on the job, so book a second Lugg for the same time window.
Lugg movers carry your Crate & Barrel order to the room of your choice, whether that's a third-floor apartment or a bedroom upstairs. Measure the doorway and the stairwell first so a sectional doesn't stop at the front door. Once it's in place, Lugg movers can assemble it right there in the room, from a bed frame to a dining table.
