Fast, respectful, and strong! Carefully brought my couch pieces into my apartment without dinging any walls. Called me when they were uncertain that Ikea had given me all of my order and we got things straightened out! - Ethan
He informed me of his location, picking up items at Ikea, and when he would arrive, which was very useful to plan my schedule. He arrived exactly in the middle of the time originally estimated. He was pleasant as he was doing the work bringing in the heavy boxes. He let us know he could be available in the future before he left. - Mary
Fast and careful moving. Even when the Ikea app gave them wrong instructions they quickly contacted me and found the right locations in minutes. Friendly and efficient, Armondo and Orion delivered the goods way ahead of schedule. - David
They did a great job. They got their tip. Just communicate from IKEA could have been better. They had to make 2 trips. - Paula
First time using since I got introduced to it from working at Ikea. Splendid service and friendly folks. Will use Lugg again for my moving needs and recommend it to my customers! - Mark
Very quick and efficient. Super friendly and helpful. Helped us deconstruct our ikea bed frame and even offered to reassemble for us. Highly recommend. - Jacqueline
Ramon and Jose were absolutely fantastic! Very professional, courteous, friendly and efficient! A blessing to our move! - Keri
Friendly and reasonable humans who gauged the situation and appropriately put their safety first! Although the job could not be completed as I had hoped (due to the physical restrictions of the building), they happily pivoted the plan and I appreciate their assistance immensely! - Basil

Joshua and William were fantastic in helping us haul our heavy washer to our upstairs laundry room. We appreciated the convenience and the extra hands! Thanks, y’all! - Robin
Lugg’s website should also collect info from the customer if stairs are involved. I had already provided the dimensions, weight (238 pounds), and photo of the treadmill when I booked the appointment on the website. Other than that, the Lugg Team was great! - Gale
They were absolutely great and would use them again. Just note the app schedules last minute and assigns the movers. Thank you Pedro and Sanchez. - John
Prompt and quick on moving a heavy adjustable frame up the stairs. Could not have done it on my own. Thank you! - Nick
Very efficient, didn’t waste a minute, wiped their feet friendly, knew what they were doing. And brought a large van because it was raining, even though we just paid for a pickup truck. Very good experience. - Kenneth
I really appreciate how fast and efficient the team was!! They moved even my awkward planter with a trellis! Made my year :) thank you both! - Kendra
Joshua and Federico went above and beyond my expectations, and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before they left. Thank you - Suanne
They were professional and hospitable. Clearly know their work and are attentive to safety. We appreciated how careful they were and how efficiently they evaluated the space and reacted accordingly. What a great experience! Thank you! - Mary
Lencol and Robert were the BEST! World class customer service from both of them and I will be requesting their services when we need to move things in the future! Amazing job and thank you we appreciate it very much! - Alana
They were fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I provided there tip in person. Thank you - Christine
Both guys were super polite and careful with where I wanted my table set down. The whole experience was easy, quick and stressless. I’m so glad to know about Lugg. - Lauren
They were very communicative throughout the process, polite, and careful with my things and the wall. They also were very good and tetris-ing my stuff in their vehicle. - Elise
Clayton and Nicholas were great to work with. I highly recommend them for any moving project. They have extensive experience handling heavy equipment and are incredibly respectful and punctual. They exceeded my expectations, 10 out of 10! - Erin
The guys did great. However, sending an 18-foot box truck to my house was a huge cause of delay to have to maneuver on our very narrow street. The van I ordered originally would have been a much better plan. - Stephanie
Needed furniture picked up from a store that didn't deliver to my home. Delivery was quick to schedule, actual move was quick and professional. Truck location is shared with customer which makes coordinating a lot easier. I highly recommend Lugg. - Matt
