They were super friendly and on time. Overall it felt semi-professional and they could be a little more efficient (I had to point them towards Dollys at the storage unit to speed up the process because they only had a mini roller). They could wrap fragile things (I asked for a painting to be wrapped, but in the end they didn't do it). If it has an ice maker or a water dispenser, shut off the water and disconnect the line, since Lugg movers don't touch plumbing.
