Konstantin and Maksim were great. They were experts on moving my oversized refrigerator through a standard sized door. No easy feat. They were also professional and friendly.
We were surprised at how fast and efficient they arrived and loaded the refrigerator. Very good attitudes for both of them made the job quick and easy.
This team was awesome. They got the refrigerator for the pickup point to the delivery point timely. They also move my old refrigerator to the basement with no complaints. I would definitely use them again.
Refrigerator was not removed from box. All packaging was left on refrigerator. We have never experienced this issue before. Not happy with this type of service. Would never recommend this type of service to others

Thank You both for getting it unloaded. This was my 1st time using LUGG, it seemed I had 1 problem after another. 1st they went to pick up & they said they couldn't get it out the door without taking it apart. They told me to cancel. I did and the person i bought from took it apart & got it outside. I scheduled another pickup, and LUGG upgraded me to a van. The VAN is not tall enough for a refrigerator. Which was in the description of what's being moved. I had to contact Lugg & let them know it's a Refrigerator, van won't work. Lugg canceled the van & sent a truck as I requested. That took another hour. Once at delivery location i received a call that the refrigerator is too heavy for the 2 of them to unload. They called their boss because I couldn't add another lugg to help them until tomorrow. As we waited the clock kept ticking for me to pay. Thankfully Omar & the other guy were able to figure out a way to unload. I appreciate them for doing that. I had no idea the Refrigerator was so heavy. It's been a stressful process & it did not go smoothly & it cost me more money.
Aleksey and Ryan were awesome. Up to any task and I had many. I truly appreciate their enthusiasm and follow through. Unfortunately I discovered that the linoleum in the front kitchen had a jagged tear when the refrigerator was taken out. So sad! I will try to repair.
This was such a hard job -- Getting a large refrigerator out of a unit with a narrow hallway and curved external stairs, then delivering it to an upstairs apartment with a long, equally narrow stairway. With patience, diligence and skill, the movers completed the job with no damage and even gave me some tips about when to plug it in. Great job -- Very grateful!
They were early and expertly did the following: (1) took doors off refrigerator doors so it could fit through door way (2) cleaned and wrapped up all the items ( frig & stove) in moving blankets, then movers saran wrap
When it seemed like the refrigerator might not fit through they door, they were able to problem solve, take off the handles so it would fit, and then put them back on once it was in the house.

They were very careful with moving a refrigerator and some very heavy outdoor tables - they took time to plan out the best route to move the items out of / into the house / yard and carefully placed them exactly where I needed them. I would trust them to move big items like that again!
