The distance between your addresses decides it, not the state each one sits in. Traditional movers usually quote after a phone call or an in-home visit, and many bill against a two to four hour minimum whether the job runs that long or not. With Lugg, the estimate comes from your addresses and the truck you choose, and you see it before you book. A Lugg is a base fare plus labor, and the labor is billed by the minute with no hourly minimums, so a three-hour move isn't charged as four.
