We had no clueas to the existence of Lugg.com. We desperately needed the movement of a heavy chair from our friends house in Sausalito to ours in San Francisco, for medical reasons. My neighbors turned me on to the website and, believe it or not, on an early Saturday evening, Lugg rounded up these two wonderful men in their equally wonderful truck and within two or three hours of getting the idea we had the chair in place. What a great organization!
Jeremy & Spencer are the best! They deserve a raise! Based on my experience with them, I will 100% use Lugg again and refer my friends. I hope that Lugg is able to subsidize their tools, moving equipment, gas for transport, and orthopedic medical treatment!
Aseem and Samir are truly amazing!! They transported my (very heavy) furniture with ease and skill, brought their own moving equipment, and moving blankets to protect the furniture during transport. They were very efficient and were prepared for every scenario. They are both professional and very kind, and I am so lucky to have had their help!
Marco and Luis were awesome. It was a tough move but they got right to work when they arrived and moved a massive piece of exercise equipment upstairs. They were super careful and efficient. Great guys and easy to work with.
Julian was very professional and a quiet friendly type of guy. Picked up all my mower (riding mower, large dump wagon and equipment and then tarp covered it (raining), strapped it all down and drove a few hours to deliver it to me. He also help me unload the heavy stuff too. Considerate and professional.
Deshawn was friendly efficient and expert mover. I had expensive equipment to be moved with care and he did just that.
They arrived earlier than expected with very short notice. Fortunately it still worked out. The movers did a good job carrying and loading the item. I appreciated that they were able to strap their equipment down in the van so it wouldn’t run into my item while on the road.
Antonio and Francisco were awesome. Very efficient, detail oriented, and had all the extra equipment to make it smooth and easy.

Great team. Very professional. All equipment, tie downs, blankets. Wrap. Dollies. Everything. Much care with expensive vintage glass framed prints. Nothing dropped. Nothing broken. Very fast. Excelled at their job. Thank you.
We had to move some very heavy equipment and they did an excellent job. They wouldn’t even take a break. They just kept going until it was done.
They were great! Followed directions, worked efficiently and had all the equipment to move a tall fridge and strap it down in their truck securely. I would highly recommend them and would hire them again in the future.
10/10 recommend, would definitely hire them again! They were on time, prepared with all of the proper equipment, moved everything carefully, quickly, and easily, and were very friendly and responsive to requests.
It was a tough piece of equipment to move - Yuri and Sam were fantastic in figuring out a way to get it done !

He arrived by 12:40 and had worked hard and fast that he was on his way by 1 o’clock! We helped move some pieces and he worked and communicated what he needed from us! Thank you for a great moving process!!
They were friendly, helpful, and spirited, but they clearly lacked the right training. I chose Lugg because I expected well-trained movers with the right equipment, but one of the two dollies they had couldn't even go over small bumps - what should have taken around an hour took almost four hours. I'd much rather go with Taskrabbit if I'm paying four times as much, not getting to select who I'm working with, and Lugg is not even investing in training the movers. Nothing against Julio and Julio btw - they were great, and with the right training, their motivation will definitely go a long way. This criticism has entirely to do with the fact that Lugg clearly didn't bother to train or correctly equip someone om hiring through the platform. So, five stars to Julio and Julio, but Lugg - this is goodbye forever. You just lost a customer
Love these guys. We were moving specialized exercise equipment and rearranging it in the studio. Sergio treated every piece with care and drove carefully around the potholes of Oakland! They were so polite and helpful. Will definitely request them next time if I can!
Carlos and Bladimir were excellent. They handled parking in the Tenderloin, were very efficient, brought equipment to make the move easier, and were kind. I greatly appreciated their assistance!!!
