They said Salvation Army wouldn’t take one of the items and so they would have to take to another place. How does that fee work? Thank you again!
Taking care of the furniture, making good suggestions about what Salvation Army will likely take and not (which I agreed with), and were efficient and were early today. Just a great job.
Juvenal and Roberto make a marvelous team! They swiftly moved a huge, bulky glass-top desk and a wood file cabinet from my home—and delivered it to the Salvation Army close by. They have such a friendly vibe, too!
They were amazing! Helped me load my car to take things to Salvation Army after loading up the van, and took this booking to make it back to back with my previous one
They were professional, efficient and friendly. They also ended up having to add a stop to the dump because Salvation Army wouldn’t take it- they were great!
Brian was awesome. He is knowledgeable and helpful and warned me that potentially salvation army wouldn’t take my things, saving me time and money. Highly recommend!
Javier was excellent! He was patient, friendly and resourceful. (Tipped in cash.) FEEDBACK FOR LUGG’S APP: Please remove Goodwill and Salvation Army donation locations as options you promote within the app. It is extremely misleading to your customers. Not one of the places listed in San Francisco is accepting donations at all — NONE. Javier ended up having to take perfectly good items to the dump. Had I known this was the case I would have sorted something else out but ended up being stuck with that as the only option as the stuff was already loaded up in the van. Really, really disappointing and extremely frustrating.
Great guys! Helped me find an alternative drop off location when Salvation Army wouldn’t accept the item
Wow, booked a Lugg and they arrived 20 mins later! They moved items from my office in the FiDi to salvation army.
They efficiently lugged heavy items up many stairs. They advised me about items Salvation Army would reject, which I appreciated. I can dontate the items elsewhere. They worked well together.
Devante was great. Not his fault but the job cost an extra 30 minutes or so because Salvation Army did not take the kids toys. He found an alternate spot but it cost more time than we planned.
Erick was great in helping me drop off a donation load. Goodwill had a long line to drop off but he saw that the Salvation Army across the street was opening up to receive stuff. He helped me open my boxes and then sort stuff into the Salvation Army bins.

Guadalupe was great and very understanding when we had to change the location from Salvation Army to Recology because of the condition of the couch. Very helpful and friendly but professional.
Even though Salvation Army did not accept my donation and Shay had to return everything back to my address, he was incredibly positive and helpful. I really appreciated his good attitude. Thank you so much Shay!
Nicolas is terrific. He went above and beyond by taking my donations to the Salvation Army when goodwill said no. Highly recommend
Guadalupe was very helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond returning a cat tree that Salvation Army would not take, so that I can try to find it a home.
They were very accommodating and help me understand the situation with the Salvation Army and the dump.
These guys were fantastic. I think it will end up costing me a lot more than the original estimate. I had some furniture that I had them take to Salvation Army that was in very good condition. Unfortunately Salvation Army decided that they didn’t want to take IKEA furniture even know it was it was in excellent shape. These guys figured out a solution
Thank you Jairo! Second time working with him, and he was great again. Friendly and keeps in touch to coordinate seamless arrivals. He was very knowledgable about the donation drop off process and was able to clearly tell me what my options were when an item isnt accepted by Salvation Army. In our case, it was easier for us to have him drop the unaccepted stuff back at our home so we could take it to the dump later and avoid an additional $50 dump fee. Thanks again Jairo!
They were very knowledgeable about what Salvation Army would take and options if they did not they were respectful of cost and managed to get everything in I appreciated their helpful and positive attitudes Lugg made this process easy Thank You!
Very polite, suggested to take the furniture to Goodwill instead of Salvation Army so that it would be certain to be accepted.
Salvation Army was unexpectedly closed, so they offered to bring it to Goodwill instead and knew where to go quickly.
Thiago was very flexible with his time and efforts, especially when we met resistance from Salvation Army and Goodwill. What should have been an easy drop off, both places refused to take donations of furniture. Grrr... anyway, thanks to Thaigo. I tipped him already. Juanita Rusev
They gave notice that Salvation Army might not except the mattress and provided solutions. They also met us at the drop off spot.
