Costco may deliver items ordered through Costco.com. When you buy in the warehouse and want it home today, that's the gap Lugg fills. Book a Lugg in Salt Lake City before you leave the checkout line, and Lugg movers pick up your purchase and carry it inside, often within the hour. You pay Costco's price for what you buy, and Lugg's upfront estimate covers the delivery. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that has completed more than 2,500 Costco pickups in the past year, from more than 250 Costco warehouses.
Costco couch delivery, and the rest of the cart
Couches and sectionals are the most common Costco run, followed by TVs, mattresses, tables and bed frames. Costco is also where people buy the pieces that are hardest to get home: massage chairs, recliners, patio sets, refrigerators and chest freezers, plus boxed kits like sheds, gazebos, pergolas and saunas. If it fit on a flatbed cart, a Lugg can take it home.
Which Lugg fits your Costco order
Choose a vehicle at least as long as your longest piece. A pickup truck, booked as a Lite or a Pickup, covers most Costco runs, and its bed is at least 6 feet long and carries a tarp. A Van (at least 8 feet) or an XL (at least 10 feet) is enclosed, which keeps a mattress, a couch or a boxed TV dry on a rainy day. A Box truck, 12 to 16 feet, takes a sectional and the rest of the cart in one trip.
Massage chairs, saunas and other heavy boxes
Lugg's weight limit is 125 lb per Lugger, or 250 lb per item on any vehicle that comes with two Luggers: Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+. Massage chairs, saunas and gun safes can weigh more than you'd guess, so check the weight on the box or the Costco product page before you book, and book a second Lugg for the same time window for anything heavier.

Lugg movers carry your Costco order to the room of your choice, whether that's a third-floor apartment, a bedroom upstairs or the backyard.
