Sergio and Futi were awesome! They helped me move a heavy dresser into my second floor apartment and it barely took any time at all! After getting all the drawers back in place, they also tightened up some hardware that had already been loose. 5 stars! - Amanda
My luggers were amazing. They were polite, cheerful, and timely. They had to transport to really heavy cabinets, which they did with grace and good cheer. I’m grateful for their help. - Vikram
I want to give a huge shoutout to Skylar and Isaac for their amazing help in bringing my new sofa home. Their professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They handled everything with care, and their teamwork was truly impressive. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend them for any future moves! - Ronnie J
I sent them a message about the pick up and drop off, they were able to complete the pick up without needing any help from us since we were not on site, they where able to get to our place quickly and moved everything right on in. They where going to start setting up the couch but we opted out just because it needed a good cleaning first Great movers, I would recommend, we have used movers (not lugg) before and had a different experience. Very happy with the movers! - James
They were professional and worked well together. They delivered my couch at the time allotted. Please thank them again for me. Warm regards Khanni - Khanni
Donald was amazing. He went above and beyond, helping us get a couch up to a third floor walk up with super tight staircase. He had an awesome attitude the whole time. Super efficient and even apologized for staying to finish the water we offered him 😇Thank you Donny!!! - Maya
Jorge and Robert were early aka prompt in my book. They truly made moving far easier than me fighting with the hubby while we struggle 🤣 - Joey
They were very friendly, and we’re able to get all the furniture, and in a very timely manner. They assembled the table by putting the legs back on it, they were careful and made sure I was satisfied with everything before they left. I would recommend this company with five stars! - laurie
Saitui and Randy were fast and friendly! My house has a ton of stairs and they didn’t blink an eye. Thank you! - Victoria
These guys were professional, friendly and up to the task! This was a very heavy item that was not going up the stairs due to limited room. They tried and tried until it worked. I highly recommend them! - Satin
Skylar and Copper were awesome! They moved a king-size mattress down the stairs with zero issues, handled everything carefully, and made the whole move quick and stress-free. Super professional, friendly, and efficient. Would absolutely book with them again! - Mark

Crate & Barrel may deliver orders on its own schedule, but when you buy in the store or at an outlet and want it home today, that's the gap Lugg fills. Book a Lugg once you've paid, and Lugg movers pick up your purchase and carry it inside to the room you choose, often within the hour. You pay Crate & Barrel for what you buy, and Lugg's upfront estimate covers the delivery. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that has completed more than 2,000 Crate & Barrel pickups in the past year, from stores and outlets across the country.
Most Crate & Barrel Luggs start at an outlet, where floor models and last-of-a-kind pieces sell fast and usually have to leave with you. Pay at the register, then book a Lugg with the outlet as your pickup and your home as the drop-off. Sofas and sectionals are the most common Crate & Barrel Lugg, followed by tables, chairs, dressers and consoles.
Choose a vehicle at least as long as your longest piece. A pickup truck, booked as a Lite or a Pickup, has a bed at least 6 feet long and carries a tarp. A Van (at least 8 feet) is enclosed, which keeps a sofa or a boxed bed frame dry on a rainy day, and the Pickup and the Van are the two most common choices for a Crate & Barrel run. An XL (at least 10 feet) or a Box truck, 12 to 16 feet, takes a sectional and a dining set in one trip.
Lugg movers wrap and strap each piece before it goes on the truck, which matters most on marble tops, glass shelves and solid wood cabinets. Check the weight of anything with stone in it before you book. Lugg's weight limit is 125 lbs per Lugger, or 250 lbs per item on any vehicle that comes with two Luggers: Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+. Anything heavier needs more Luggers on the job, so book a second Lugg for the same time window.
Lugg movers carry your Crate & Barrel order to the room of your choice, whether that's a third-floor apartment or a bedroom upstairs. Measure the doorway and the stairwell first so a sectional doesn't stop at the front door. Once it's in place, Lugg movers can assemble it right there in the room, from a bed frame to a dining table.
