I sent them a message about the pick up and drop off, they were able to complete the pick up without needing any help from us since we were not on site, they where able to get to our place quickly and moved everything right on in. They where going to start setting up the couch but we opted out just because it needed a good cleaning first Great movers, I would recommend, we have used movers (not lugg) before and had a different experience. Very happy with the movers! - James

We ran into some unexpected challenges when the old fridge wouldn't fit, but these luggers didn't give up! We teamed up to remove the door and were able to get it to fit. They moved our new fridge in without scuffing the walls or hurting the fridge. We also received chat support before the move. They did great too. Would use again! Thanks guys - Jacob
