They were very friendly, and we’re able to get all the furniture, and in a very timely manner. They assembled the table by putting the legs back on it, they were careful and made sure I was satisfied with everything before they left. I would recommend this company with five stars! - laurie
I sent them a message about the pick up and drop off, they were able to complete the pick up without needing any help from us since we were not on site, they where able to get to our place quickly and moved everything right on in. They where going to start setting up the couch but we opted out just because it needed a good cleaning first Great movers, I would recommend, we have used movers (not lugg) before and had a different experience. Very happy with the movers! - James
These guys were AWESOME! The pickup location gave them the wrong item, and they were more than willing to go back to get the right item. I would recommend these guys every single time. - Elizabeth
They were great! It was a super fast event, they carried my chairs up the stairs. Including pickup, the whole thing took less than an hour. - Nathan
They were extremely helpful navigating some confusion with a Best Buy pickup and made the whole experience very smooth! - Sam
Saitui and Randy were fast and friendly! My house has a ton of stairs and they didn’t blink an eye. Thank you! - Victoria
These guys were professional, friendly and up to the task! This was a very heavy item that was not going up the stairs due to limited room. They tried and tried until it worked. I highly recommend them! - Satin
Skylar and Copper were awesome! They moved a king-size mattress down the stairs with zero issues, handled everything carefully, and made the whole move quick and stress-free. Super professional, friendly, and efficient. Would absolutely book with them again! - Mark
Edison and Juan are the hardest workers ever! Moved some super heavy furniture from the RH outlet up stairs to our loft. They’re the best! - Nate
Excellent work and great attitude! Cheerfully navigated treacherous basement stairs while carrying heavy loads. - Ryan
Cooper and Jarom were great! They were at my apartment within an hour, had the recliners downstairs and loaded fast. They were super friendly and made it an easy thing! - Nathan
Amazing! Went down some crazy stairs in emigration canyon and didn’t make me help at all. Appreciate it - Serena
These young men hefted a large cradenza down stairs and helped put the legs on, helpful, knowledgeable , positive attitudes, a great resource for heavy lifting. Thank you Lugg - Stephanie
Donald and Jorge went above and beyond! They were fast and efficient and never slowed down their pace even after going up and down 4 flights of stairs over 20 times each! They were very friendly, professional, and personable the entire time as well. Definitely worthy of a 5 star review!! - Michele
They did really good the first two person that moved my mattress to the storage Literally just dragged it on the floor a couple of times but those two did really good 👍thx 😊 - Djanie
Skylar and Austin were great! I will have Lugg back to help with big heavy items that I need moved. Highly recommend!!💪 - Lisa
They came in the front instead of the back and we made it work. They were careful with my chair and very friendly - Mary
Richard and Jose were so awesome and so helpful! They actually arrived right in time and actually on the earliest end of the time frame. They helped make everything so efficient and quickly moved us. Keeping our day open and stress free. Would highly recommend either one of them. Super professional and kind. - Kristen
All around excellent experience. They were on time professional the app made it very easy to use 10 out of 10 would highly recommend. - Chris
This was my first time using Lugg, I’m glad I got Troy and Jordan because they were amazing! I will definitely use Lugg again. - Connie
So quick and helpful! Booked online and moved my small treadmill down to the basement within a couple of hours. Richard and Josue were fast and careful. I would certainly use Lugg again. Only thing I was uncertain about was that I got a text saying they’d arrived, but they didn’t show up at my door for 10 more minutes. So, was I charged for that 10 minutes? - Summer
Very appreciative of their on-time arrival. They were friendly and worked well together. Made it a smooth experience. Would use again if needed! - Jennie
Both were great to work with and assisted me immensely in the task needed. Only thing I would recommend for LUGG is maybe bring moving/lifting things and if you need them they are at least there. If I didn't have stuff myself nothing could have been done. That isn't their fault it isn't in the LUGG van they had. - Shane
So helpful! I’m so appreciative of the help. And ps if Cooper is single pls give him my Instagram @emerson.norton #helpagirlout #thx - Emerson

Does Mattress Firm deliver the same day? Lugg is the official delivery partner of Mattress Firm for in-home delivery and setup, so if you'd rather sleep on the new mattress tonight, same-day mattress delivery with Lugg is how to get it home. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that picks up mattresses, box springs, foundations and bed frames from Mattress Firm stores in Salt Lake City and carries them into your bedroom, the same day or on a day you schedule.
A mattress still in its box fits in any Lugg vehicle. A full-size mattress and box spring are a different job, because a box spring is a rigid frame and doesn't bend, so the tightest turn on the way to your bedroom matters more than the width of the front door. Twin, full and queen mattresses fit in a pickup truck, a cargo van, an XL or a box truck. A king mattress or California king doesn't fit in a cargo van, so book a pickup truck, an XL or a box truck, and size up one if the frame and headboard are coming too.
Lugg movers carry it up stairs, into elevators and down long hallways, set it in the room you choose, and can put the bed frame together while they're there. Enter the Mattress Firm store and your home address and you'll see your upfront estimate before anything is confirmed, with no hourly minimums. Lugg movers completed more than 1,700 Mattress Firm pickups in the past year, from more than 250 of its locations. Once you book, you can follow your Luggers on a live map from the store to your door.
