Maxwell was great but my pickup was between 5:00-6:00 PM and Maxwell was notified around 5:58???? which is why he didn’t arrive until 6:20 PM. The service was great but the lack of communication was terrible - I sent 3-4 emails with no response and there was no phone number to call anyone so it was very frustrating. On top of everything else - Costco closes at 6:00 PM so I was outside the store with a refrigerator and no idea if anyone was coming over. I also had ordered a pickup truck to allow the fridge to be transported upright but ended up with a van and they had to set it on its side which I hope will not cause any problems.
These guys were great. They were very prompt and met us at Costco at scheduled time and helped us take the stuff out of boxes. Very professional and courteous. We will definitely use this service for future purchases. Thank you
They went above the "call of duty"! Not only delivered a pallet of flagstone from Costco, but they unloaded it, one piece at a time. They are awesome!

Daniel and Robert were prompt to pick up my order from Costco In less than 30 minute as I had requested. They were also knowledgeable of the item to be delivered and knew that it needed to be unpackaged to get through the front door which they did. Extremely efficient and of course they wore masks which was appreciated. Very good 1st experience with Lugg.

I heard about Lugg this afternoon at Costco as I was debating about renting a truck to pick up a table tennis table that wouldn't fit in my minivan. I inquired and they would arrive in 40 minutes. so simple! thank you!

Wonderful service. Costco was confused by the process saying that I needed to be there for pickup, but apparently the Costco person I asked was incorrect as long as I upload the receipt which I did. Now I know for sure and will recommend and use the service in the future.
