Ryhim and Shane were terrific. They were careful, moved heavy furniture to our upstairs, and disconnected my AV receiver and TV so that an old AV console could be moved to the garage. I’d be delighted to work with Ryhim and Shane again in the future.
I am grateful for these guys, I was so disappointed by my last luggers Nebyou and Jules Last week it took them 5 hours to deliver 30% of my stuff, my table and TV stand were all scratche up. Tim and Ryan took them 3 hours to pack and drop off all the heavy stuff. Great job guys!

Deavondia & Ryan did an excellent job! They were very careful with all my items, including a special baby crib. They delivered the crib, bookshelves and other items to a friend’s house and even helped her move a heavy TV onto one of the bookshelves! This was my second time using Lugg and I am now a big fan!

Can I say excellent service? Yes I can! I purchased some stuff, TV stand, cabinet, huge mirror and a 10-ft rug. The store told me about the app and I ordered a pickup truck with two guys. Wow. I thought very reasonably priced, they showed up on time, got plenty of text updates, and they were very careful with this stuff. My delivery was at the end of the day and even then when they arrived at 6:30, they were very neat looking, and not all sweaty. This is a game changer for me now that I can just buy stuff and get a good delivery service to bring it to me at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this service!!
Where didn't they excel? Abdulla and Safwan were the ultimate professionals. They handled all three credenzas super carefully and got them where they needed to be totally unscathed. And they were problem solvers when it came to mounting our TV and some missing parts. No way we could've figured it out nearly as quickly as they did. I wish our actual movers were half this good!

Jack and Mingma were awesome. The came on time and delivered my couch to my TV room on the 2nd floor, no scratches to the wall or damage to the furniture 😊 They were very polite and professional.
these guys were great — fast, efficient, great attitude. The Best Buy delivery guys couldn’t figure out how to move my existing fridge and just gave up. They left the new fridge downstairs and left. Ralph and Timothy figured it out immediately and then offered to complete the job of moving the old fridge downstairs and moving the new one upstairs.
