What more can I say about these guys... WOW!! From the SECOND I first communicated with them they went out of their way with their kindness, helpfulness, friendlyness, positive energy and professionalism. I'm not saying from the first minute I'm saying from the first second and the whole time these 2 wonderful men were dealing with my order. I didn't have the receipt for my item attached and they were so patient at my pick up place while I searched for it. When they got here (and man did I have a difficult awkward piece for them to move ) right away upon meeting them the most friendliness, positive greeting that made me, someone who suffers from anxiety, feel a sigh of relief and a feeling of comfort. Lugg is an on-demand moving service that puts movers and a truck on the way the same day, for the loads a rideshare can't take.
Yeah, and it's the flow you already know: enter your addresses, pick your vehicle, see the estimate, confirm. On-demand puts movers on the way within the hour, or pick a same-day hour that suits you, or schedule up to 60 days out. The difference from a ride is that you're booking the lifting too, so movers carry it up stairs, into elevators and down long hallways at both ends.
One booking covers a couch on its own or a whole studio, and Lugg can move items up to 250 lbs each. Lugg can drop off up to 150 miles from your pickup address, so across town and into the next city both work.
