The team was very nice and quick to do my in-house move. I wish the app provided them more information about the job. I was looking for labor only, within my house. It was a 5 to 10 minute job and they drove over 40 minutes to get here. Potential for improvement in the app. - Karen
Shane and Raul were so helpful. They did a great job moving some very heavy and awkward items with care. I will definitely use Lugg again. - Dyan

They were both great to work with on our delivery of dressers! Both dressers were oversized and heavy and they got the job done with little space to work with. Much appreciated! - Justin
Ryhim and Shane were terrific. They were careful, moved heavy furniture to our upstairs, and disconnected my AV receiver and TV so that an old AV console could be moved to the garage. I’d be delighted to work with Ryhim and Shane again in the future. - Michael
Pedro is amazing. I didn’t have a really big job, just a lift of a heavy smoker into the bed of my own truck. I staged it, Pedro did not drag out the minutes he was “on the clock”, he just get ‘er done super efficiently. I didn’t know until he was on the way to me that he was further away than I expected, he was extremely positive about the traffic experience. Fantastic interaction for my first Lugg booking. - Cori
Very efficient team! They were communicative with me on pick-up time and delivery. They worked quickly to pick-up and drop off my couch. I really appreciate the heavy lifting done for me with such ease. - Rebecca

Sometimes the job needs people, not a truck. You need help loading a moving truck you rented or the PODS in the driveway, a sleeper sofa has to get up three flights of stairs, you're rearranging furniture before a showing, the tables and chairs need setting up for an event, or everything has to clear a room for new floors and come back once they've cured. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that offers Movers only in Tacoma, labor-only moving help you can book the same day for any job that stays at one address. Some people call them load-only movers.
The Movers only button sits right under your address. Tap it, choose how many movers the job needs, and pick a time, and the price shows before anything is booked. It works the same way in the Lugg app and on the web, and it's the quickest way to hire moving help without arranging a truck.
Yes, and finer than that. Lugg bills moving labor by the minute, so a 40-minute job pays for 40 minutes of labor instead of the two-to-four-hour block most moving companies charge for. The base fare depends on the crew size you pick, and with nothing traveling between two addresses there's no mileage. Running long is fine too: the same rate simply continues.
Movers fill or empty a rental truck, a PODS or a storage unit, carry a single heavy item to another room or floor, like a treadmill down to the basement or a mattress up a staircase, and take on any job where you need help moving furniture without going anywhere. They show up with a dolly, blankets, straps and stretch wrap, and they can take a bed frame apart and put it back together in the room it's going in. For a PODS or a U-Box, the container pages cover what to have ready.
Two buildings in one complex count too, as long as everything can be carried across on foot. If anything has to ride in a vehicle to get where it's going, book a standard Lugg instead and your movers bring the vehicle.
