What a pair of ALLSTARS! Thank you SO MUCH for being my life savers! & delivering my chairs that i had such a problem arranging a move for!
I had an urgent move-in, but my moving company couldn’t come for a few days. Thinking it was no big deal, I decided to move my mattress myself since it was a short distance, and I had bought vacuum bags to roll it up. Turns out, I was way too confident—things didn’t go as planned, and I ended up stuck in the hallway with my mattress, completely clueless about what to do. That’s when someone recommended Lugg to me. I tried it for the first time, and YuYa and Brandon showed up like lifesavers! Their truck was big enough to not only move my mattress but also some boxes of clothes and furniture I needed. They were super friendly, professional, and worked quickly. After comparing my experience with the moving company, I have to say I prefer Lugg’s service. And Lugg is super flexible, which is perfect for ppl with last min change or unexpected needs. It was such a great experience—highly recommend!

They picked up some items for donation and they were the final items in my home as I was moving out. When Goodwill did not take one of my items they messaged me to let me know they would take the item to the dump for me. They were very efficient and helpful.
Fast, efficient, and friendly! When my selected donation location refused to accept my furniture, Oleksandr and Joaquin contacted another nearby donation center to see if they would accept it. They contacted me first to make sure I was ok with the plan. They also reached out once the donation was complete. I have used Lugg multiple times and will continue to do so because I’ve always been more than happy with their service!
These men were so pleasant to work with. They knew exactly how to move our very heavy pieces (one in the basement and the other on the second floor. They were also helpful in finding a solution when Goodwill refused our donations. They were the best! We tipped them when they were here.

This crew ended up having to make 3 stops to unload the furniture due to donation center restrictions. It would have been better if they had arrived sooner and delivered furniture before 5:30 p.m as requested.. However, they showed amazing patience and were willing to do whatever it took to make sure the furniture got into the right hands.
Julio and Chris were awesome, they definitely went above and beyond the help and gave advice on what the local donation center would and wouldn't take and helped me plan accordingly!

5 minutes early!!! Done in 10 minutes & convinced Goodwill to take the donation after I’d already been told they would, but they changed their story when the truck got there.
I completely forgot to put the hardware with the table I was donating. Adam stayed in touch with me and they were able to take the table across the street and convince another donation center to take it (provided I take the forgotten hardware to the center later). The fact that they were proactive, worked with both donation centers, and were able to problem solve so that I didn't have to deal with a table being returned to my front yard... It was very, very, very much appreciated, for so many reasons. Thank you and great job!
Isaac and Geoffrey were wonderful. They were extremely careful with everything and did a perfect job, including pointing out areas of damage I was not aware of on things I was donating so that I could write a note to the recipients about making repaid where necessary. Friendly and courteous at all times, they kept to the task at hand until every last thing was done to my satisfaction. I hope they are part of the crew the next time I use Lugg.
We had trouble donating our couch as planned but Evans and Reuben found an alternative location on their own and handled the job without waiting around to be told what to do. Thanks, fellas!
