Gerardo and Yaroslav were a great duo. There arrived on time to pick-up furniture at Ikea, they made sure everything was complete and headed to my home right away. They made my move in experience flawless. I will definitely hired them again! Thanks!!! - Andrea
They were terrific. Arrived on time. Brought in the new box spring and new mattress. Set them into the frame. Took the old box spring and mattress and set it up in the room in the basement. They were very professional and would highly recommend them in the future to anyone needing anything moved. Thank you Lugg. - Irene
Very friendly, excellent service, arrived on time, did a great job navigating corners with the mattress. Would highly recommend them! - catherine
They were both great, and were kind enough to bring my mattress and box to the 21st floor. They were very careful with the walls and my items. I’d definitely recommend their services - Kevin
They moved a 200 lb mattress up three flights in a hundred year old building. They set up the frame and box spring for a perfect fit. Their effort throughout was consistently high and their attitude positive. Absolute pleasure to work with. Can’t recommend more highly. - Aaron
Mike and Daniel were excellent movers. They made moving into my storage unit so effortless and simple, while also working extremely hard moving my couch, mattress, and heavy table. They even helped me wrap my couch and headboard, to prevent dust, which was above and beyond. Would give 10 stars/5 stars, if possible! - Joseph
They had to take on my move at the end of their day as an additional job but did great and got my mattress moved to my apartment and into my room as soon as they could - Victoria
Israel and CJ were prompt, careful, and communicative in handling the move of a queen bed frame. I would recommend them for any future items that I need moved. - Christine
Super efficient! Picked up my bed frame 20 minutes after requesting it and brought to my house quickly! Thanks guys - Whitney
We had a lot to unload from a moving container to a 3-bedroom apt. Endi and Avion were great to work with! - Dawn Angelicca
Danny and Matt from Lugg Team were very quick, professional & efficient in moving Furniture and Sports equipment within our Condo. They dis assembled and re assembled Crib and Table Tennis Table. They dis assembled a Trampoline too. They have made Garage, Guest Bedroom and Basement more useful spaces now. A lot of Kids Nostalgia Furniture has been moved to Basement. They have helped me in accomplishing unimaginable moving & relocating Furniture. I am thankful for their work before Christmas Holidays. - Rupa
Shelton and John did an amazing job moving my bed! They even took extra care to help wrap it when moving it - Will
They accommodated my request to lug my original sofa upstairs. I really appreciate that they did so, and they even grabbed a moving blanket from their truck to make that happen. - Valerie
Reginald and Joseph were so sweet to help me rearrange the furniture in the room to make room for the daybed I bought. They even helped me put up the elevator pads that the building requires. This was my first experience with Lugg and I will definitely be using it again! - Nathalie
These guys showed up well within the time frame (on the early side), got everything out, loaded up, and delivered efficiently. They are both nice guys and were the best movers I've had in a long time. - Ronald
They were amazing!!! They even gave my boyfriend & I a ride with the dresser they helped us move. I waited a little longer that 40min for them to show up but it was still between the time frame. Super recommend!!! Thank you guys! - Cindy
Anton helped me pick up and delivery a chair to my home. He really went out of his way to make sure the chair was delivered, and was incredible helpful and kind getting it from the store inside my home. Would highly recommend! - Jane
Great guys! They were sharp on time to pickup my furniture at the store. Delivery was fast and with care. Thank you. - Domingo
These guys are awesome - went above and beyond to make sure I got the right couch, even though the furniture store mistakenly gave Linas & Fadil the wrong couch initially. Flawless process, and nice people! - Franklin
The freight elevator was too small for the sofa. Angel and Marcos went above and beyond what was required. They tried everything in the book to make it fit. They even tried moving it through the stairs. They coordinated with lugg support and delivered the sofa back to the store. Thank you so much Angel and Marcos. - Rohan
Gerardo and Devonte were very communicative, they gave me updates once they picked up the items and when they were on their way to drop them off. Unfortunately I received the wrong item from the store, but Davonte immediately reached out to Lugg to see what could be done. - Bridget
They really went above and beyond. There was a mix up at the store and instead of calling it quits, they stayed at the store and helped me work through it while the store found my furniture. It turned into a way longer trip than they planned, but handled it all with patience! - Nan
Super good Luggers. I bought several furnitures, but the store forgot one when loading. They went back to pick it up after unloading. Furnitures are heavy, and it is snowing. It is not a easy work. Thanks! - Shiping
Anthony and Rodolfo were very patient with the store even though the order was not ready. They eventually figured it out and delivered my furniture with a smile on their face. Great service and nice people who I would use again. Thank you so much to you both. Joanna - Joanna

You can have an IKEA bed home the same day you buy it by collecting it from the store and booking a Lugg for the trip. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that picks up IKEA mattresses, bed frames and headboards and carries them to your bedroom, with movers on the way within the hour or at a one-hour window you pick.
An IKEA bed frame comes in long, flat boxes, and many IKEA mattresses are rolled and boxed, so the two together rarely fit in a car. Choose a pickup truck for a single bed or a larger van for a bed with a dresser and nightstands, and movers carry it all up stairs, into elevators and down long hallways to the bedroom.
Enter the IKEA address and your home address, choose a vehicle, and Lugg shows an upfront estimate before you confirm, with no hourly minimum. Any delivery fee IKEA charges applies only to orders IKEA ships itself, and a Lugg is booked and priced on its own, so the estimate covers the trip you choose.
