Danny and Matt from Lugg Team were very quick, professional & efficient in moving Furniture and Sports equipment within our Condo. They dis assembled and re assembled Crib and Table Tennis Table. They dis assembled a Trampoline too. They have made Garage, Guest Bedroom and Basement more useful spaces now. A lot of Kids Nostalgia Furniture has been moved to Basement. They have helped me in accomplishing unimaginable moving & relocating Furniture. I am thankful for their work before Christmas Holidays.
I’m giving these guys 5 stars for the huge lift and effort they had to go through to get this couch into my new space. However, it took much longer than it should have for various reasons. Otherwise, thanks for all your hard work!!
Ronald and Kell were amazing. They were super friendly and did a great job managing the weird space I was moving into. They were super flexible aswell.

The guys were great. The service (Lugg) itself, for a first time user, was awful. I had a delivery window of 3-4pm and my items arrives at almost 9pm. If it wasn’t for the movers being so kind and friendly I probably would never use this app again but they made the experience better.
Cherman & Fadil were professional and went above and beyond on this delivery as well as removing the old sofa.
They were kind, efficient and careful. Made the delivery of a very heavy dining table quick and smooth. I would Use them again in a heartbeat.
