Miguel and Jhofran are excellent movers. They are kind, very efficient, and set up my couch for me the way I wanted it. Pickup and delivery couldn’t have gone any better. They were excellent!!!!
I purchased two wrought iron tables from a seller on Facebook Marketplace. Ramiro and John provided professional service They arrived timely to the pickup location; loaded the tables into the van; and patiently waited with me while I waited for my Uber driver to pick me up and transport me to my apartment. Upon arrival of my Uber, Ramiro and John then followed my Uber car from the pickup location to my apartment, where they unloaded the two tables, delivered the tables to my apartment, and placed both tables in my apartment where I requested. This was of tremendous help to me as the tables are very heavy.

The team was phenomenal. The scheduling was horrible. I had to take a day off work since the pickup was delayed almost 4 hours. I received a small a credit but for the amount of people I have referred and the times I've used Lugg personally this is absurd. The product was wrapped and ready to go and there is no way it took 49 mins to load as it took 11 to unload. I should be compensated for the 4 hour delay. NOT THE DRIVERS FAULT! At all!
The pickup location was a bit tough because downtown Chicago has a lot of challenges (parking, loading zones, lobbies, traffic) but once they hit the road to the drop-off they were super quick!
Benito and Mario were excellent, professional, and kind. We had a slight scheduling mishap at our pickup location and they were more than understanding and willing to wait while we sorted it out with our building. Thankfully we were able to get the situated sorted and they did a wonderful job moving our couches in and out and in a timely manner. Thank you Benito and Mario!!
I had an awful Dolly experience with a no call no show so I tried out lugg. Man am I glad I did! These two came to the pickup quickly after booking and everything was seemless from there. Highly recommend!
Great guys and worked very well. Was overcharged on labor, as completed steps weren’t promptly recorded and travel time seems to have been included in my initial pickup time. See difference between pickup and delivery. However, Tyler and Romell did a great job on their end.
