They were polite, efficient and careful. They did an excellent job moving a piece of exercise equipment that was heavy and bulky. They had to navigate through narrow openings and did so flawlessly. I would use them again!
This was the first time using the LUGG app and I wasn't sure how it would go. The whole process went way better than I expected. Anton was great. He helped bring the equipment for me. I would highly recommend Anton and the LUGG app.

Isaac and Fadil were extremely polite, caring and professional. They did quality work in a short amount of time, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond, and made every effort to make sure none of my things were damaged, nor any of my walls or anything. Leonel and Jose were amazing! I hired them to help move a fitness machine out of the seller’s house and into mine, and to help take an old machine out of my house. They made everything a breeze, even with the heavy machines and a tight stairway. They arrived a few minutes early, had all the equipment needed to move everything safely and securely, and were very quick and efficient. They are true professionals! Danny and Matt from Lugg Team were very quick, professional & efficient in moving Furniture and Sports equipment within our Condo. They dis assembled and re assembled Crib and Table Tennis Table. They dis assembled a Trampoline too. They have made Garage, Guest Bedroom and Basement more useful spaces now. A lot of Kids Nostalgia Furniture has been moved to Basement. They have helped me in accomplishing unimaginable moving & relocating Furniture. I am thankful for their work before Christmas Holidays.
They were on time and communicative via text before their arrival letting me know they were both on their way and a few mins away. They had the necessary equipment to move a very heavy piece of furniture- they did it without damaging our walls despite the staircase that turned different directions inconveniently. My 2 big glass /iron cabinets (very tall and heavy) arrived in great condition, it was wrapped and handled gently going into the house. Both Fadil & Cherman were courteous & friendly, and above all very professional. 5star service!!!

Willie and Cristian were very helpful and patient with how my building handles move outs. They were careful with my belongings, mindful of my pets, and were able to maneuver my big pieces of furniture from the 3rd floor in downtown!
Lansana and deshawn did an incredible job picking up a big furniture piece and delivering it to my home. The item was transported with great care and they were incredibly efficient throughout the whole process. Would recommend them to anyone needing any large items moved/transported. 10/10!

The big sofa wasn’t fit in the elevator. Corey and Antoine tried to move the sofa by stairs but it’s too long to fit the stairway. They were very patient. Though they weren’t able to deliver the sofa to the unit, appreciate their hard work
Nikos and Lansana were awesome. We had some VERY heavy furniture and they brought everything up the stairs with no problem, and were careful with our things. Would definitely use their help again.
I can’t recommend TJ and Lansana enough! They helped me with a last minute request and went above and beyond to accommodate me. They expertly moved an extremely heavy piece of furniture-easily over 300 lbs- up a flight of stairs, all while navigating snowy conditions. The crew was incredibly careful and professional throughout the entire process. I was truly impressed and left speechless by their dedication and skills. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
