Prompt, careful, courteous - all arrived without damage, guys were also helpful and patient while I changed my mind on where to put things: and knew how to disassemble/reassemble certain items like my fireplace TV stand with a firebox unit and dresser drawers that were tricky. The guys were great. The service (Lugg) itself, for a first time user, was awful. I had a delivery window of 3-4pm and my items arrives at almost 9pm. If it wasn’t for the movers being so kind and friendly I probably would never use this app again but they made the experience better.

Not only did they pick up early, but they also helped me get furniture protector pads on the feet of my couch and helped me get it set up. This was a tricky delivery - two wide couches up a wrapping staircase - but these two made it look easy. Thank you!
They were incredible! Great at communication before they picked up item and upon delivery. The furniture piece was tricky to move into my 3rd floor condo. They did amazing problem solving to move it safely and quickly upstairs. They were so helpful and fast. I would use them again to move anything! Fantastic!
