These guys are awesome - went above and beyond to make sure I got the right couch, even though the furniture store mistakenly gave Linas & Fadil the wrong couch initially. Flawless process, and nice people!
The freight elevator was too small for the sofa. Angel and Marcos went above and beyond what was required. They tried everything in the book to make it fit. They even tried moving it through the stairs. They coordinated with lugg support and delivered the sofa back to the store. Thank you so much Angel and Marcos.
They were awesome! Super careful, polite and professional. Moved two super heavy bookshelves from a store into my living room. No damage to the shelves or house. Would hire them again for sure!
Gerardo and Devonte were very communicative, they gave me updates once they picked up the items and when they were on their way to drop them off. Unfortunately I received the wrong item from the store, but Davonte immediately reached out to Lugg to see what could be done.
They really went above and beyond. There was a mix up at the store and instead of calling it quits, they stayed at the store and helped me work through it while the store found my furniture. It turned into a way longer trip than they planned, but handled it all with patience!
Super good Luggers. I bought several furnitures, but the store forgot one when loading. They went back to pick it up after unloading. Furnitures are heavy, and it is snowing. It is not a easy work. Thanks!

The guys were great. The service (Lugg) itself, for a first time user, was awful. I had a delivery window of 3-4pm and my items arrives at almost 9pm. If it wasn’t for the movers being so kind and friendly I probably would never use this app again but they made the experience better.
Cherman & Fadil were professional and went above and beyond on this delivery as well as removing the old sofa.
They were kind, efficient and careful. Made the delivery of a very heavy dining table quick and smooth. I would Use them again in a heartbeat.

Not only did they pick up early, but they also helped me get furniture protector pads on the feet of my couch and helped me get it set up. This was a tricky delivery - two wide couches up a wrapping staircase - but these two made it look easy. Thank you!

They did amazing problem solving to move it safely and quickly upstairs. They were so helpful and fast. I would use them again to move anything! Fantastic!
