They were terrific. Arrived on time. Brought in the new box spring and new mattress. Set them into the frame. Took the old box spring and mattress and set it up in the room in the basement. They moved a 200 lb mattress up three flights in a hundred year old building. They set up the frame and box spring for a perfect fit. Their effort throughout was consistently high and their attitude positive. Absolute pleasure to work with. Can’t recommend more highly.
Mike and Daniel were excellent movers. They made moving into my storage unit so effortless and simple, while also working extremely hard moving my couch, mattress, and heavy table. They even helped me wrap my couch and headboard, to prevent dust, which was above and beyond. Would give 10 stars/5 stars, if possible!
They had to take on my move at the end of their day as an additional job but did great and got my mattress moved to my apartment and into my room as soon as they could

The said they were there, which started the meter on the pick up side. The. I took 40 minutes for the front desk to confirm they were there. They said they had been delayed. So labor to pick up was $65. Lugg said they would refund us $15+&25 but they only gave us $25. Labor to drop off was $17. Why should I have to pay the extra $23 dollars? If they haven’t started the job, I should be charged for labor. And lugg should have immediately refunded the $15 like they promised without me now having to spend MORE time trying f to get this error on your end rectified.

Willie & Twaun were seriously the best movers I’ve ever worked with. We ran into some issues with the building elevators not operating properly and they handled everything with such professionalism and kindness. I truly cannot recommend them enough. All my belongings were perfectly safe and handled with care the entire move. I am so glad I went with Lugg to hire movers and I hope I’ll get Willie & Twaun again for my next move!
