Even when there was an unexpected change in location for Habitat for Humanity, they were happy to help and bring it to the next spot so that my couch could be donated. Thank you so much to them both!

The said they were there, which started the meter on the pick up side. The. I took 40 minutes for the front desk to confirm they were there. They said they had been delayed. So labor to pick up was $65. Lugg said they would refund us $15+&25 but they only gave us $25. Labor to drop off was $17. Why should I have to pay the extra $23 dollars? If they haven’t started the job, I should be charged for labor. And lugg should have immediately refunded the $15 like they promised without me now having to spend MORE time trying f to get this error on your end rectified.

Kayne and Darius responded immediately and were able to pick up in an hour. They took care of all the items well with plastic wrap and blankets before moving. Highly recommend both for easy moves without hassle!

Willie & Twaun were seriously the best movers I’ve ever worked with. We ran into some issues with the building elevators not operating properly and they handled everything with such professionalism and kindness. I truly cannot recommend them enough. All my belongings were perfectly safe and handled with care the entire move. I am so glad I went with Lugg to hire movers and I hope I’ll get Willie & Twaun again for my next move!
