Jesus and Niko arrived on time and did a great job moving 8 large boxes from my apartment to The Salvation Army in Darien.
Even when there was an unexpected change in location for Habitat for Humanity, they were happy to help and bring it to the next spot so that my couch could be donated. Thank you so much to them both!

Willie & Twaun were seriously the best movers I’ve ever worked with. We ran into some issues with the building elevators not operating properly and they handled everything with such professionalism and kindness. I truly cannot recommend them enough. All my belongings were perfectly safe and handled with care the entire move. I am so glad I went with Lugg to hire movers and I hope I’ll get Willie & Twaun again for my next move!
The guys were great. The service (Lugg) itself, for a first time user, was awful. I had a delivery window of 3-4pm and my items arrives at almost 9pm. If it wasn’t for the movers being so kind and friendly I probably would never use this app again but they made the experience better.
The movers were prompt, on time, professional and stayed in contact throughout the whole process very well even though there was a snowstorm (which I regret booking them during) but they were courteous, professional and all in all very good. Worked very well as a team which is very important as movers me being a mover in the past and all I respect what they do and would call on these two again anytime

These guys were pro. I had a little hang-up with the Crate & Barrel warehouse people and your crew informed me immediately. I asked if they could wait until I got there to straighten it out since I live only 10 minutes away. Your crew was cool with that and once I arrived, C&B released my table for your crew. I’ve been in situations where I had been left high & dry by movers so I really appreciate them giving me a heads-up and a little extra time to resolve the C&B hold up.
Both Elton and John were excellent helpers and movers today — for a large awkward piece they went the extra mile to make sure our chair was picked up and delivered safely. Slow prompt and courteous / 10 stars !!
