These guys were pro. I had a little hang-up with the Crate & Barrel warehouse people and your crew informed me immediately. I asked if they could wait until I got there to straighten it out since I live only 10 minutes away. Your crew was cool with that and once I arrived, C&B released my table for your crew. I’ve been in situations where I had been left high & dry by movers so I really appreciate them giving me a heads-up and a little extra time to resolve the C&B hold up.
We had a tricky situation to get the table out and into our new place and Angel & Julian were rockstars and super helpful. They were great to work with!

Was skeptical because of no phone number. But, booked online, received updates through the entire process with piece of mind being able to see the enroute progression. The drivers were great, putting boxes where I wanted them. Good to know there is a reputable company I can use for large purchases, being a Senior that's important.
Very heavy table that could have been disastrous. They took their time to meticulously plan the brutal undertaking, then executed...switched gears...and executed again with success. Couldn't have done this without them.
I purchased two wrought iron tables from a seller on Facebook Marketplace. Ramiro and John provided professional service They arrived timely to the pickup location; loaded the tables into the van; and patiently waited with me while I waited for my Uber driver to pick me up and transport me to my apartment. Upon arrival of my Uber, Ramiro and John then followed my Uber car from the pickup location to my apartment, where they unloaded the two tables, delivered the tables to my apartment, and placed both tables in my apartment where I requested. This was of tremendous help to me as the tables are very heavy.

Even through the labrathine hallways of my shitty apartment building, they persevered, even though we had to dismantle the couch. You CAN NOT do better than these guys when it comes to a moving service.
Therrell and Deshawn did a great job getting my table up to the third floor no problem. They were super kind and efficient!

Danny and Matt from Lugg Team were very quick, professional & efficient in moving Furniture and Sports equipment within our Condo. They dis assembled and re assembled Crib and Table Tennis Table. They dis assembled a Trampoline too. They have made Garage, Guest Bedroom and Basement more useful spaces now. A lot of Kids Nostalgia Furniture has been moved to Basement. They have helped me in accomplishing unimaginable moving & relocating Furniture. I am thankful for their work before Christmas Holidays.
They brought an enormous old wooden buffet side table up back stairs, vertically. It was a feat of engineering and strength and I'm so grateful!

They even helped me wrap my couch and headboard, to prevent dust, which was above and beyond. Would give 10 stars/5 stars, if possible!

We ran into some issues with the building elevators not operating properly and they handled everything with such professionalism and kindness. I truly cannot recommend them enough. All my belongings were perfectly safe and handled with care the entire move. I am so glad I went with Lugg to hire movers and I hope I’ll get Willie & Twaun again for my next move!
