It covers the rental truck you can drive but can't load by yourself, the moving container sitting in the driveway, the sleeper sofa that has to get up three flights of stairs, and the furniture that has to come out before the floors get refinished and go back in once they're dry. They bring a dolly, moving blankets, stretch wrap and straps, and they can take a bed frame apart and put it back together in the room it's going in. What they won't do is pack loose things into boxes for you: dishes, books, clothes, the junk drawer.
