I was very impressed with your timelines and I would like to use you again. But I felt like I was up sold when I wanted the $195 price and was told after paying that that vehicle was not available but the next size up was. Uber does this a lot. Hope you guys don’t. - Nancy

Simply AMAZING experience with Omalade and Joseph! I felt terrified for them as they managed to defy gravity moving my furniture up complex stairs and little room to make turns. They are so kind and had a positive attitude delivering in the worst heat ever. - Rachel

Chris and Matt were great. How do know? Well, I worked for a national van lines, ranked #1 with Consumer Reports and a local mover that was awarded Best Mover in Dallas by D-Magazine multiple time. Chris & Matt are on that level. I had them pick up a new mattress, a frame and some accessories with two stops and deliver to Kissing Tree: A+ nice job guys! - Ross

Victor and Kimberly were so great. They picked up and delivered right on time. They were super friendly and careful. - Teresa

The taller gentleman was absolutely fantastic — 5 stars! He was experienced, efficient, careful, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Unfortunately, his partner seemed to struggle quite a bit with the physical demands of the move, which left the taller gentleman carrying much more of the workload. I actually felt bad for him. I wish I had gotten their names so I could recognize him specifically. He did an excellent job and deserves the credit! - Denise

Brian and Lindon for the win!!! A big order for my business that we needed in a time sensitive way was accidentally shipped to my associates location way out in Dallas Georgia. I was super sick with pneumonia and couldn’t get there. My husband is working. I took my chances and ordered up some assistance on Lugg app And to our rescue comes Brian and Lindon! 🙌🙌 They showed up with their truck and kindness. Quickly loaded up the boxes and were off from Dallas GA to Atlanta to my storage unit. No messing around, they made good time and we are grateful. My husband was able to meet them at storage where They handily unloaded the boxes And because of them we can start the week off right. You need something moved with kindness, efficiency, and care? Brian and Lindon are your guys! ✨🙏💪💙 - Katherine

My second time using Lugg and in the end both times I have been satisfied. Last p/u was :20 mins from residence; today’s p/u was in the heart of Dallas, thanks to Danny for his patience getting items to me. I will say there needs to be a bit more transparency when it comes to the “hefty” temp authorizations when booking, Lugg was running my Apple Pay the next day after I booked and Lugg Support wasn’t of support when asking about those funds. Back to Danny - Excellentee’ - Elle

Daniel was incredibly helpful with delivering some fragile items that required a more thoughtful approach due to the circumstances for which we needed to relocate them. He did not hesitate to help in any way he could and went above & beyond from pickup to delivery without hesitation. We truly appreciate all of his help and effort! - Kate

Demarion and Ancil were truly my heroes today! After multiple failed delivery attempts with Taskrabbit, they were my last hope. They managed to maneuver an extremely heavy and large couch up multiple flights of stairs without AC. I truly cannot thank them enough! - Sydney
