The taller gentleman was absolutely fantastic — 5 stars! He was experienced, efficient, careful, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Unfortunately, his partner seemed to struggle quite a bit with the physical demands of the move, which left the taller gentleman carrying much more of the workload. I actually felt bad for him. I wish I had gotten their names so I could recognize him specifically. He did an excellent job and deserves the credit! - Denise

I had an excellent experience with LP and JK. Communication waa timely, clear and efficient They confirmed the pickup ahead of time and they arrived on time at the pick-up location. They followed the instructions from the store to pick up around the back at the dock. I happened to be at the store purchasing additional items which I was able to add to the pick-up. They confirmed all items and let me know they were loaded for delivery. They met me at my home and confirm the locations where the items would be set up . They didn't carefully unloaded each item, a chest of drawers and a glass bookcase, and ensured they were setup to expectation. I will definitely use the service again. - Angela

They went above and beyond to help my aunt and I get my father moved from Assisted Living into a Nursing home with a VERY small room.
