If you want it home the same day, pay at the register, then book a Lugg from the outlet. Lugg movers pick up from Wayfair Outlets in Naperville, IL, Chandler, AZ, San Marcos, TX, Attleboro, MA, and Hanover, MD, and from the Wayfair stores in Wilmette, IL, and Atlanta, GA. Wayfair furniture often arrives as heavy flat-pack boxes, and a delivery can end at the lobby, the garage or the curb instead of your room. When the boxes and the room are at the same address, book Movers only: tap Movers only under your first address, then on the Crew screen pick 1 Lugger, or pick 2 Luggers for anything over 125 lbs. Lugg movers carry the boxes up the stairs to the room you choose, and you don't book or pay for a truck. If the boxes went to a FedEx or UPS location, or to a neighbor's place down the street, book a standard Lugg with that address as your pickup.
Wayfair assembly, done in the room
On a Movers only or standard Lugg, Lugg movers can unbox your Wayfair furniture and put it together where it's going to stay, from a bed frame and a dresser to a desk or a patio set. Assembly is part of the labor time on your Lugg, so leave the instructions and hardware with the boxes. Lugg movers don't mount anything to a wall or connect electrical, plumbing or appliances.
Which Lugg fits your Wayfair order
Choose a vehicle at least as long as your longest box. A pickup truck, booked as a Lite or a Pickup, has a bed at least 6 feet long and carries a tarp. A Van (at least 8 feet) is enclosed, which keeps cardboard boxes dry on a rainy day. An XL (at least 10 feet) or a Box truck, 12 to 16 feet, takes a sectional and a dining set in one trip.
